What To Expect
Edinburgh Castle
If permitting we will visit the Castle Esplanade to take photographs of the castle itself from outside and the city skyline facing the Pentland Hills and Arthurs Seat. We do not go inside the castle.
Royal Mile
The Royal Mile itself is a striking street in terms of the historical architecture and there's always a busy atmosphere which makes for some great shots

5.00A glorious technicolour experience! I wanted to get to grips more comprehensively with my SLR camera while learning how to better photograph the city - Simon ticked every box and then some. He was extremely patient with my ageing brain and fingers while improving my working knowledge of ISO, F-stops and more, to the point where I was suddenly taking really impressive shots - and understanding how I’d got to that point! He was brilliant at encouraging confidence and praising every small improvement - and a really fun afternoon too. I’m already seeing the city in a completely different light. Can’t recommend Simon highly enough.

5.00Simon was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we greeted each other to saying goodbye at the end of the tour. Incredibly knowledgable and really easy going, he made a magical day even more special for me and my fiancé as I proposed at the end of the tour. I would highly recommend Simon’s tour if you’d love to take some great photos of the city and want to see some hidden gems. We would absolutely do another tour on another trip if we came back! Having looked at the photos back from the special moment, I couldn’t be happier! Thank you so much Simon!
