1.00Booking x3 people for 3 experiences offered . Guide informed us no time to do all 3 & offered cruise tickets next day. We were leaving 5.30am so unable to come back. Bus trip was 10pm so also unsuitable. Accepted cruises tickets & told boats leave every 20mins. After Eiffel Tower visit we lined up with 100’s waiting to board cruises. After 1.5hr wait & still no cruise available we had to leave. Tickets were still being sold even though wait line was nearly 1km long. This was meant to be our final highlight outing with our son who had travelled from Scotland to join us. Instead we stood in line with 1000’s of strangers & left very disappointed. I have booked with Viatour previously & have never had such a poor outcome. Even buying the ticket online was difficult; email did not arrive & had to contact Help Centre then have email printed at hotel. Reminder text message did not arrive until after we had physically checked in with guide. No support given through phone number supplied on ticket; phone call unanswered X 4 attempts. I would like a refund for the cruise & bus portion of the tickets as it was not advertised correctly with the time constraints. The guide was unable to help further & was dealing with debacles from other clients as well. Worst experience ever.

1.00Toured Eiffel tower, cruised down the Sienne River.... was told at 2000 the bus would be loading at 2130 & depart 2130- 2200 The bus never showed up... very disappointed and frustrated due it's the last night in Paris. Leave today!!!!

3.00Overall an OK experience. We were surprised to learn these are 3 independent tours..that is you do them on your own..they aren’t guided. The Eiffel Tower experience was nice…the meeting point was clearly marked and the person lead us to the Eiffel Tower through security then we were on our own. It works well for us, however if someone was expecting a guide to tell you about the Eiffel Tower and go to the levels with you that isn’t what you get. We had to come back later in the day for the bus tour. Again..surprised that we didn’t go from the Tower to the Bus, then the boat…so don’t expect that experience. The bus tour was good, however the guide didn’t clearly explain what we were seeing as we drove by. So guides should be more knowledgeable. The boat tour was the best…the narrator on the boat clearly explained the sites we were going by. I think you can get better pricing by buying these individually especially since they are not guided and you simply do them on your own.

3.00Unsure if paying extra for skip the line (Eiffel Tower) was worth it. There was basically no-one there when we joined the tour at 11am. Tour guide was helpful in advising where we were to go & as well as the Seine cruise & bus tour. Better signage for the cruise would be nice as we missed the cruise by 2 mons & had to wait 30 mins for the next one. What REALLY annoyed us was that the bus tour took 45 mins longer than advised, they didn't allow us to alight from the bus even though we drove directly past our hotel at the other end of the city, and we missed our dinner reservation. I suggest, even for the first time visitor, do the hop on hop off bus instead & don't use this business.

2.00The Eiffel Tower Summit portion of this excursion was amazing! If you go to the Eiffel Tower you must go all the way to the top! The city tour was awful. The tour company gives you a map of the bus/tour route but they don’t follow the route.. They also don’t tell you where we are and what building we are passing by so you can listen to recording. There was a lot of the ciy tour we could not see but we didn’t get a partial refund. The Seine river cruise was nice.
We enjoyed it. But want refund for bus and tower tour . We will contact you after trip

3.00We could not gain access on the express tour elevator to Eiffel bc it was bit operational . We had to wait in long line. the tour guide told us we could get a refund cut took doling that way . Bc if Tina we were able to do boat ride but not City your . Again they said we can get refunded . They were very apologetic and courteous otherwise . It was an unfortunate experience bc of that .

3.00This trip was not what it advertised. The Overview literally says, "Don’t miss the views of Paris from the Eiffel Tower at night" -they sent us to the Tower first AT 2:30pm!! This was the whole reason I booked the tour. :( I was not able to find times ANYwhere my receipt, nor ANYwhere on the Viator site. This proved to be very unfortunate because the description said "4 hours approx" and began at 2:15. Then we find out the bus tour part (1 hour) does not even begin until 6:00pm, so we could not even enjoy that part of our tour package as we had dinner reservations (I had 7:00 reserved near by since 2:15 + 4 hours = 6:15ish. I figured 7:00 was a safe bet.) The only live tour guide was at the meeting point; he gave us the tickets for the Tower and boat, gave an address where to meet the bus, walked us 1 block to the Tower (as if we couldn't find the Eiffel Tower on our own??), then he left. It was not a "Tour" at all. Pretty disappointed overall- we could have easily done these activities without giving Viator money to essentially print tickets for us to use.
Cancellation without Refund .. Terrible Service.
