Cerro La Silla is one of the most iconic peaks surrounding El Valle de Antón, Panama. With an elevation of approximately 850 meters (2,788 feet) above sea level, it stands out for its unique saddle-shaped formation that gives it its name — “La Silla” means “The Chair” in Spanish.

Awesome hike a little difficult in spots, however with awesome tour guides it was a success. The weather was a downpour, but flexibility by guide company, we waited for hour and half. Great English speaking. Highly recommend them for tours.

Totally worth it. For us, it was our first time doing any kind of hiking and we felt very comfortable with the explanation of Luis, our guide. We would love to repeat any other tour at any other point of El Valle with this group, especially because they take their time to tell you everything you have to know about every place Of Panama.
