We really enjoyed this hiking trip and the transportation was seamless. Jason was a friendly and informative guide who made sure everyone was safe and comfortable. He was amazing with my 9 year old. We really enjoyed the slide, cliff jumping, and rope swing. Jason also showed us/had us taste some really incredible plants. We went during the "off season" and the water slide/rope swing area was a moderately crowded. Just be aware that in the high season, there could be a ton of people. If you do this trip I highly recommend that you book with Jason.

Awesome experience. But if you are not comfortable climbing or not steady on your feet I don’t recommend. My son and I LOVED it! Oh- and make sure you can handle some mud :)

Felix our tour guide was THE BEST!!! He was so energetic amd passionate, we had such a great time on the tour. I wish the hike was a longer and I would've loved to explore a little more of the rainforest amd not stay in the water, but it was still fun amd beautiful!

The tour guides were amazing. They gave history of island, plants, and the rainforest. They were very patient and made each individual in the group comfortable throughout each segment of the tour. They took us to an awesome local restaurant for late lunch that did not disappoint with the spices and meal. I definitely recommend Bespoke and will contact them for future tours when I visit Puerto Rico again.

Our guides, Frankie and Jason, made this day wonderful. Their passion for their country, the forest, and making sure tourists have a good time enjoying it is very evident. They were enthusiastic, kind, and FUN. A major pro was their kindness in taking photos and videos of the group. It's nice to have those memories of the excursion but stressful to worry about your phone, so I'm glad this wasn't a company that made you pay extra for professional photographs - it was nice to let them capture fun moments from the angles they know are best. Thank you for this! Things to think about - You might be affronted from the start if you aren't familiar with the "drive to multiple hotels in the tourist van to pick up all participants" routine. We were the first hotel pick up and spent over 90 minutes in the van picking up 15 other people. This isn't explicitly explained in the trip information and some in our group weren't prepared for this. By the time we did pick-ups and drove to the spot in the forest, we (the first pick-up) had been on the van around 2.5 hours. You do make a lunch stop after being in the forest and you do have to pay extra for it, but our meal at Asador Boricua was the best we had all week - try their mofongo! You don't HAVE to eat at the restaurant (if you don't want that expense), but it's delicious. The spot you go for the rock slide and cliff jumping is not some exclusive place this company goes - it is utilized by many companies (and it looked like anyone could just access that spot even without a tour guide). It was pretty busy. There were lines to take turns at each little adventurous spot. Jason and Frankie made this fun, though, and we were the only company required to wear helmets and life jackets, which was a good idea. With a couple hundred people climbing around wet rocks, it just takes one little slip to start a cascade of falls. None of these facts made the trip any less fun. I wouldn't call this an "adventure" so much as an "experience". If you drove yourself in, did the walk (no hike) through the forest, did the water activities, and left, it would take less than half the time this day took, BUT great conversations with the guides and hearing their passion for this place made it a wonderful day for us to learn about, appreciate, and experience this beautiful piece of Puerto Rico.

The rain forest tour was well worth the cost. Our tour guide Julian made us feel like one big family that day. He took the time to get to know each and everyone of us. The smoothie stop was amazing! The lunch stop was ok. The food was very good. The only downfall. It was a small roadside restaurant so the service took awhile due to the size of our group. That made a lot of us tired after a day of hiking and swimming by waiting. Thank you to the legend Luis for getting us to and from safely!! Both guides we very helpful in the hike. Making sure we all made it over the rocks and into the water. I loved the stops along the trail and listening to Julian's useless information. It is always great to learn about an area that we do not live in. The information is not useless to me. Thank you Julian and Luis for a great day!!!

Definitely recommend this tour, it wasn’t as challenging as I would like I wanted more of like a hike but I realize maybe I should have done something private for that as many tours do not take people that deep into el yunque. Nonetheless it was nice and reminded me of the blue hole excursion in Jamaica and both my man and I enjoyed. Highly recommend!

Our tour guide were absolutely amazing! They made us feel really welcome and really safe. We traveled with a couple of children and the kids had no problems. Everybody felt great and had such a great experience. The sense of family that they drive home is exactly what we were looking for. All of the stops were on points. The restaurant was amazing. The hiking was amazing. I wouldn’t trade it for the world. Thank you so much for a great tour.

Our guides made this the best trip by taking care of us and ensuring our safety. We were picked up at our hotel in San Juan along with a group of about 20 and transported to El Yunque. Along the way we stopped for a bathroom break and the opportunity to buy snacks. On the way back we stopped for dinner. What set our guides apart, however, was at El Yunque. We were given life vests and helmets. I saw many tour companies bringing people to El Yunque without these items. Our guides took many pictures of our group both collectively and individually, which they made available to us for free so we didn’t need to bother with bringing cameras or cell phones. And, every step of the way they guided us through the hike and took steps to ensure our safety, including helping people along the hike and being positioned to help anyone who needed assistance in the water in advance. What I didn’t see is other tour groups doing the same thing. Very thankful for Felix and his team at Bespoke.
