This ended up being one of our top experiences in Puerto Rico! Ty was a great guide, gave us great tips for the waterslides and which areas we could rock jump from. The rainforest was beautiful and stopping at Luquillo for snacks and some time at the beach was a great way to end the day. We never received our photos from Ty, which was a bummer, but other than that an amazing experience!

The tour was great and our guide was fun. But getting in touch with the tour operator is HORRIBLE! Waiting on our pictures and videos.

Had a 10/10 experience! Our tour guide, Rah was the best. He took great photos and videos of us and made the whole experience enjoyable. Be prepared for a workout and to get your hands dirty, it is worth it! Thank you for the experience!

I can’t remember our guides name it was a man and he was amazing. The nature is amazing there were two dogs out there roaming and joining the party. I’m not a swimmer but the water was tame enough for me to not need a life jacket (wear one for the first slide we all went under) 😂 I would come again

I was dismayed to find that this tour was not led by locals. Our guide was full of enthusiasm and quite kind, but this tour is unsafe and I was told by the guy that they literally work for room and board (and tips that guests provide). We were not on the main steady trails of El Yunque, but rather took a side route to a different location that was quite steep with slippery rocks. The fact that we were with children as young as four and five years old, who were allowed to go down extremely steep waterfalls, speaks to the lack of judgment, for these otherwise seemingly decent guys simply trying to make a living while enjoying their lives in Puerto Rico. I have lived here many years and this tour should not be a part of Viator…. One might ask if ANYTHING is “vetted” by Viator. Better to go through the Dept of Tourism.

Shawn was an amazing host and tour guide! He made me feel comfortable and was even willing to provide a life jacket for me si de I am not a swimmer. The hike was really nice & his suggestions or wearing cotton socks was perfect! I would absolutely do it again. And the crew I was with was amazing!

We had a great day with our family of 6. Small group, our guide Seth made sure we knew what to expect and where to go. The water slides were super fast so there was time to go more than once. Cold water!! Jumping in was the best way to get in. Steep walk, I wouldn’t recommend taking little ones. The beach stop was refreshing and Seth made the ride go quickly. Hope to see him in the wild. Great day!

Very nice especially the guide, the water bottle, a joke, there was no smaller. I would have liked a little more to visit the jungle.
