The tour begins at our raft base where you will check in and fill out a waiver. Once everyone is at the base, you will be introduced to our guides and given time to change into your wetsuits provided. The busses will then be loaded and you will head off to the river. At the river, the guides will get the rafts and gear ready. There will be a safety briefing and some time to practice your commands. From there- it's time for some fun! Enjoy the adrenaline rush of crashing through exciting rapids. We will provide a light snack half way through the trip, and then you will hop back in the rafts and continue your adventure down the mighty Elaho river.

The rafting company provided all of the essentials. Wet suit, booties, fleece jacket, rain coat and a helmet. The staff was very friendly and very knowledgeable about the river and the rapids. 2 members of our group had never rafted before and the staff and our guide made them feel very safe. Communication was great and safety was a big priority. The only negative was the long ride to Squamish from Vancouver (1.5 hours) Take drugs if you get car sick, the roads are very windy up to base camp. Then it was another 50 minutes to the drop off site and the school bus is very bumpy. The water is very cold but the scenery is so beautiful. Another great thing about the trip is they're the only rafting company on the river, so we didn't have to compete with other rafts or big groups. I give them a 10 out of 10 for our group. We had the best time! Thank you to everyone at Canadian Outback Rafting
