The only issue we had was locating our purchased tickets for entry and visited 3 customer service desks, could have been more supportive but eventually got in and had the best time, highly recommended and can’t wait to visit again.

ABSOLUTE ZERO RATING! Actually, less than that. Obscene. For cleanliness, I would give the maximum.... An unprecedented sight (and I have seen many spas), dilapidated and smelly. We had anticipated 3 hours.... We escaped after not even an hour. Dilapidated cabin. They do not provide anything, neither slippers nor bathrobe. Hair everywhere, showers with red tape because they are closed and broken, the same goes for the central outdoor pool... closed. Well beyond the maximum capacity. There are truly no words to describe the abandonment of this place that was surely wonderful once.

It was some kind of nightmare… I never received the QR code to enter I had to call United State and that was eventually the cashier of the spa which resolved the matter. He told me that they already had a lot of problems with this provider

I did not receive the access code via email, and we were denied entry to the thermal baths in Budapest!!

Picture certainly make the place appear much nicer. Largest pool was shut due to maintenance. So other pools were crowded. Would like our payment refunded.

Very difficult to reach the ticket "cr code". Bad information about having to wear slippers. No lines. Otherwise very nice.

The Szechenyi baths were just a huge disappointment. The indoor pools were embarrassingly dirty! Small and horrible. Dirty, zero maintenance of the structure, all pipes rusty and dilapidated. Historic and ancient baths are fine, but dilapidated and poorly maintained are not! Only the outdoor pools deserve merit, but the rest is a failure. I have definitely visited and frequented far better spas!

The pools are good but require little more attention for cleaning. Cleaning is not adequate compared to the foot falls. Overall it is good experience

The spa was fantastic, part of it was closed but it didn’t affect our visit. The tickets were a bit tricky though as you need a QR code and not a bar code. This information was a bit of a chew on to obtain

One of the thermal pools was closed. There are very few bathrooms that I could find, so just imagine. They don’t rent towels so you have to purchase them or drip dry. We stayed for 15 minutes. Most people I talked to like it but I couldn’t wait to get back to my hotel and take a shower.
