What To Expect
Etnoland
Etnoland brings Dalmatian history to life. After being invited to a welcome drink you will start your self-guided journey by disovering little sectrets about Dalmatia in Grandpa's house. Your journey will then bring you to our new multimedia room where you will immerse into the story of great-grandfather Šime. Two ancestors. One story. To be rememberd by all of us. Our guests say that it's so different and inspiring. They also say that it's a wonderful and unique was to celebrate the past and understand more of old Croatia. Find out for yourself why. Experience authentic, interactive and entertaining storytelling! At our place you can optionally (not included) try the famous Drniš „pršut“ (smoked ham) and enjoy our amazing family style „peka“. Suitable for individuals, families, groups for ALL weather conditions!

5.00This was one of the highlights of my trip. Anna is a first class act!! It's like having a front row at live comedy show. She is very knowledgeable about her history and throws comedy into her knowledge just to keep everyone on their toes. I recommend this event to anyone who visits Sibenik it'll make your day.

5.00We went to Etnoland to learn about life in the interior of Dalmatia. They welcomed us with much love and Ana and her husband recreate in the different decorated spaces of period what life is like in the countryside. Ana has much joy and sense of humor to take the group within this experience that ends with a tasting of ham and wine. Then we shared a typical lunch, with an exquisite menu. They also have a typical gift shop. A highly recommended walk!!

5.00Run, don’t walk to this experience outside Split. We were a tour group of 20 and our guide had said this is often a trip highlight for the groups of his that go, and bot was he right. Anna is a fantastic host who will have everyone engaged and laughing (and her recall of everyone’s names is astounding), and the traditional peka meal is very tasty!

5.00An incredible representation of true Dalmatia life of 200 years ago. Our guide Anna was incredible! She was able to transport us back to a time with her ancestors and the struggles they endured. I also highly recommend enjoying a delicious lunch of traditional food cooked under a peka. It was incredible! Such a hidden treasure …..

5.00Fantastic trip to Etnoland this week. Great little place to experience a little of Croatian culture and history. Our kids loved the multimedia element and the staff were exceptionally friendly and engaging. We didn't get the chance to sample the traditional Croatian food but plan to go back for what I can only imagine will be a delicious dinner.
