This was a friendly well run experience. Nathan our driver/guide was safe and knowledgeable and the bus comfortable. The swim was a good way to cool off and the two pools nice to swim in. Lunch was in a characterful old tavern - (you can have pretty much anything you like as long as it's a pie). The highlight was seeing a platypus, which requires patience but Nathan was a good spotter and we saw at least one, possibly two, as well as plenty of turtles. The final stop was at a spectacular lookout. A great day, delivered with enthusiasm and professionally.

Michele our tour guide was fantastic. Loved her stories about all the little towns we drove through and her knowledge of the area and with the wildlife including the platypus.

We had the best time on our platypus day trip and the sunrise wallaby tour. Michelle was our amazing guide, she was really friendly, knowledgeable and made the day a lot of fun (she’s also got some amazing pictures for us so that was definitely a bonus!). We also had an amazing stay at the lodge, Amanda made us feel really welcome and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Would highly highly recommend adding this as a stop to your trip!

We had a fabulous day. Nathan was a very experienced and knowledgeable guide. Nothing was too much trouble for him from getting us umbrellas to moving the bus closer to the end of our walk. The gorge was beautiful but the highlight was seeing several platypus in their natural environment. Highly recommend.
