There is so much to see and appreciate about “The City of Stairs,” and you can see so much more when you don’t wear yourself out walking. You will ride in a street legal Golf Cart (Rocket,) at a pace slightly slower than the speed of light. With groups limited to 5 people, its basically a private tour of a super cool place with a half-way-cool guide who looks a lot like a younger George Clooney.
You will dig deep into what makes Eureka Springs such a rare gem - its colorful characters and amazing history. From Buffalo Bill, Carry Nation, Frank & Jesse James and Jennie Cowan, to the origins of the magic water that is the very reason Eureka Springs is here.

What To Expect
Eureka Springs Historical Downtown
You will dig deep into the origins of the magic water that is the very reason Eureka Springs is here. There are 62 Springs in Eureka Springs, and most of them have been thought to cure a variety of diseases. Some people believe the water is still MAGIC! We will visit 8-10 springs on your tour, not just one or two downtown. You will hear about the miraculous cures and perhaps even experience one yourself!

5.00Excellent way to see different corners of Eureka Springs you may miss otherwise. Really enjoyed this. David is a terrific guide, so incredibly knowledgeable of the area and local history. The golf cart is a lot of fun to ride in and it covers so much territory. My tour lasted nearly two hours. No way would I have wanted to negotiate all the hills of Eureka Springs on my own-- especially on foot and I'm a walker. I shudder to think of all that I would have missed were it not for this tour. Check it out!

5.00My sister, niece and I booked David and the Eureka Rocket to tour Eureka Springs. We LOVE Eureka Springs and have been many times, but this time topped the charts for best time every in Eureka Springs. David took us to so many spring, giving the history of them, we toured residential areas and got the back stories of so many homes, we toured past historic downtown buildings downtown, the train depot and the Round House and learned about Ozarka Water's beginnings, a famous bank robbery gone bad, the Crescent Hotel's history, Basin Park Hotel's history & the Barefoot Ball, the St. Elizabeth Catholic Church, Carrie Nation and her craziness, white squirrels and even where the brothels were. We LOVED it and his dog, Butter, too! Can't recommend it enough!

5.00David was a fantastic tour guide. Eureka Springs is multi-leveled and not easy to walk in a day to see all of the major landmarks. Golf cart touring was the way to go. We saw so much more than we would have otherwise, and David’s genuine affection for the place and history brought it to life.

5.00Our family really enjoyed the tour with David and sweet sidekick Butters (his dog). The tour was easier than trying to navigate the streets ourselves whether on foot or driving. David let us know interesting history and facts about the area. I asked our teenager what her favorite thing we did in Eureka Springs. She said the tour. We all agreed!

5.00My wife and I took a tour with David and Butter yesterday. To say it was one of the best tours we have ever taken would be an understatement. David was so very knowledgable. We had been to Eureka Spring several times in the past but we had no idea the rich history of the area. David went above and beyond in customizing our tour for us. We were looking for a specific souvenir and he tried his best to find it for us. Butter was a delightful surprise .-so friendly and cute. The golf cart was the perfect vehicle for the trip and allowed us to see so much of the town that we couldn’t have physically managed to on a walking tour. If you want to really learn about the history and legends give David a call. You won’t be sorry!
