Experience an exciting night time tour with stargazing, delicious dessert at a local restaurant and a fully guided rainforest walk to the waterfall. This is a great tour for you to discover the bio-network of a rainforest and to experience nocturnal wildlife spotting.

this was amazing to see and our guide was so full of knowledge about the area and the additional wildlife that was around, it would have been nice to have been taken to more locations to see the glowworms

Excellent tour. Easy to find the bus and prompt pick up. We beat the rain which was nice, and the mystery cake at the inn was lemon, very yummy. We then drove up to the start of the rainforest walk. A family decided to take their own car, and despite leaving the inn before the shuttle, they made us wait 25 minutes for them. I thought this was extremely rude and clearly stressed out our tour guide as the family was not answering their phone. Ridiculous. We were given red torches which helped to illuminate the wet foot path deep into the rainforest. The tour guide pointed out many bugs and frogs while we walked as well as interesting plants and trees. When we got to the end of the trail, we were instructed to have 5 minutes of silence and no phones/ flashlights so we could hear/ see the rainforest and glow worms better. The family’s children as well as other young children on the tour continued to go on their phones with full brightness and use flashlights. I don’t believe these tours should have children if they cannot follow basic instructions, and the tour guide said nothing, so was difficult to see the worms. All in all a very cool experience, but would enjoy it better if an adults only option was available.

My daughter (15) and I did this your. Even in the downpour rain, we had fun. We were able to see glow worms, plus other wildlife. Amber, our tour guide, did a great job with the tour.

Daniel was a wonderful tour guide. We had the opportunity to get a view of the clear sky at The Manor, see Glowing mushrooms and Glowworms. Daniel was very knowledgable and friendly and made this a very memorable experience.

This was an amazing experience- very well organised right from the pick up! Was a truly magical experience seeing the glowworms and learning all about it! Our tour guide, Tanya was so wonderful- sharing amazing insights into everything all along. Stopping at different points in the rainforest to spot animals/creatures. Kudos to her for doing it everyday with so much passion!!
