5.00I was able to book this transfer essentially last minute -- all online (super easy through Viator). I received text confirmation on the day of the transfer with instructions on where to go after clearning customs. The company representative was right where they said they would be at the right time. There was a van immediately available to take us to our resort. The driver was friendly and shared information about the island during the drive. We ended up having to move our flight up to the first flight out on the day of our departure (4 am pick up at the resort instead of 10 am). I called the number provided in the viator confirmation e-mail the day prior to departure. The driver was at our resort EARLY for our pickup. We arrived at the front desk around 3:45 am to checkout and our driver was waiting! This isn't a black-tie, white-glove type of transfer, but it was comfortable, easy to book, and prompt. I would 100% use this transfer service again!

5.00First class service - lovely air conditioned van, on time and very friendly and knowledgeable driver who gave us a tour and history of the country as we drove back to the airport. Would highly recommend! And much cheaper than the quote that we got from the hotel.
