Get away from the crowds and join Exclusive Escapes for a small-group snorkeling experience designed around comfort, safety, and open-water exploration. Board one of our vessels directly from Grand Turk’s beachfront and enjoy a relaxed tour with friends or family.
The experience begins with snorkeling at a single designated reef site, selected by the captain based on real-time sea conditions to provide optimal visibility and safety. This reef stop features coral formations and marine life representative of Grand Turk’s surrounding waters.
Following the snorkeling portion, the tour continues to Gibbs Cay—an uninhabited island known for its powdery white sand and shallow turquoise flats—where guests can enjoy time in the water alongside stingrays that naturally inhabit the area.
Along the way, guests may observe the captain free diving for live conch. Upon arrival at Gibbs Cay, our team will conduct a live conch demonstration and prepare fresh conch salad to enjoy.

Please wear your swimsuit under comfortable clothing. There are no changing rooms on the beach.
Guests need to be able to enter and exit the boat using the boats ladder with minimal assistance

Exclusive Escapes Tours reserves the right to modify the tour itinerary based on weather, safety, or operational needs. Any changes, including snorkeling site adjustments, remain within the contracted experience and do not qualify for refunds.

Guests must know how to swim in order to snorkel. Non-swimmers will be required to remain on boat during the snorkeling portion of the tour.

What To Expect
You and your guests will board a boat and set off to snorkel the beautiful turquoise waters surrounding Grand Turk. Join us as we explore a designated reef site, selected by our captain based on current sea conditions to ensure safety, water clarity, and an optimal snorkeling experience. This single reef stop features coral formations and marine life that reflect the natural beauty of Grand Turk’s surrounding waters. Following the snorkeling portion of the tour, we continue with a scenic 30–35-minute boat ride to Gibbs Cay. This uninhabited island, known for its powdery white sand and shallow turquoise flats, offers the secluded island experience many envision when vacationing in Grand Turk. Along the way to Gibbs Cay, our captain will free dive for live conch. Once at the island, you’ll have the opportunity to interact with the stingrays that gracefully glide through the shallow waters. Gibbs Cay provides a rare and unforgettable encounter with these magnificent creatures in their natural environment. Our captain will also conduct a live conch demonstration and prepare fresh conch salad for you and your guests to enjoy.

5.00I had a rewarding experience on this snorkeling excursion. The captain and crew were not only friendly, but also very informative throughout the trip. The way the crew handled the feeding attracted tons of fish, making the snorkeling striking. The stingray encounter was also a highlight, but the conch portion was truly unique—the crew worked so hard to free-dive for the live conch prepare it fresh for us, and it was absolutely delicious. To top it all off, the complimentary rum punch flowed freely! You can really tell how much effort they put into making sure everyone has a great time. Very worthwhile!

5.00Our experience with Exclusive Escapes Grand Turk was nothing short of magical. We checked in and signed waivers with Faith. She was so kind, welcoming, and informative. Our guides were JJ, Kelly, and Xavier — these three were so much fun to be on the water with. The snorkeling and time with the stingrays was amazing! Being able to see a beautiful living reef and numerous unique creatures up close feels like a gift. I am so grateful that we booked with this team of wonderful people, and I can’t wait to return.

Captain Vasco and his crew made it a great day. The snorkeling and sting ray experiences were made easy and enjoyable for our inexperienced members. The conch ceviche was excellent and the rum punch refreshing. I would highly recommend this tour!

5.00The entire crew was so friendly and welcoming. The trip was exactly as advertised. The snorkeling was beautiful. I do wish we got to go to more than one spot to snorkel. The stingray island was a lot of fun. The conch was super fresh. A great tour to do for a couple hours. Would definitely recommend and do again!

5.00A fabulous way to spend time with our adult children while in Grand Turk for one day during a cruise. We opted NOT to use the excursion offered by our cruise line, preferring to work directly with a family-owned business that has an excellent reputation and I am so glad we made that decision. We chose the package that included snorkeling, the crew diving for conch, and stopping at a private island where the crew prepared fresh ceviche for us. We were not disappointed. The crew was attentive and friendly. We appreciated the extra information shared by the staff while we waited to begin our adventure. It was a wonderful outing. Highly recommend.

5.00The captain made the trip! He was energetic, knowledgeable and put everyone at ease. A very positive vibe throughout and touching the stingrays was a highlight. Definitely worth the day if you have time and want to experience a boat ride around parts of the island, swim/touch stingrays and enjoy some freshly made conch ceviche.

5.00We had a blast on this tour. Captain Vasco, Kelly and "Slim Shady" were our tour guides and provided us a fun and enjoyable experience. First we snorkeled near the wall, where there was an abundance of colorful fish to enjoy. Then later, we watched as Kelly and Slim Shady dove deep to retrieve conches from the ocean floor. Once the conches were caught, we traveled out to a lovely island beach, where Captain Vasco gave us a lesson on the anatomy of the conches. Once the snails were removed from their shells, Kelly prepared a conch ceviche for us with onions, peppers, limes and seasonings. Captain Vasco then fed the sting rays that had greeted us when we first arrived to the island. The rays were very tame and allowed us to hold them and even give them a kiss! Once everyone had a chance to visit with the rays and take pictures, we loaded back up on the boat and enjoyed conch ceviche and rum punch on our way back to port. For what we experienced, we felt the admission fee was very fair. The length of the trip was approximately 31/2-4 hours long. The crowd size was smaller (approx. 15 ppl) versus some of the larger snorkeling boats, which made the experience more personal and special. For those that wanted them, the crew cleaned the conch shells so that we could keep one as a memento of our fun day. We would recommend this snorkeling experience to anyone who enjoys having a good time, seeing amazing colorful fish and trying new things!
