Description and view of the Mithrab and the historical background and complex relationships between Islam, Christianity and Judaism . Also the changes in the balance of intolerance and tolerance as each culture/religion struggled for dominance.

Our official guide, Ms M. Font has deep knowledge of the history of the Mezquita de Cordoba and she is generous in sharing it while being careful not to overwhelm the non-initiated. We had visited the cathedral before. Having her with us to speak about its past and the two faith(s) made it a profound experience. One can only be in awe at this remarkable unique monument. She made our day. Edmee.
