Our wine educators will guide you through an exclusive selection of three Tuscan sparkling wines, each produced with a different production method: the classic method, the charmat method and the ancestral method.
This experience will not only allow you to savor the unique flavors of these high-quality sparkling wines, but will also give you an in-depth understanding of the different techniques used in their production. You will be fascinated by the diversity of aromas and complexity that each production method adds to the wine.

5.00This was such a unique way to taste different sparkling wines and learn the concept. If you’re looking for a small family owned business and something intimate this is the place. I’ve been to Siena two separate years and I wish I would’ve had this experience last time too…because of how enjoyable this was. 10/10 recommend.

5.00Well worth the price. We learned so much about the history, making and tasting of Italian sparking wine and Prosecco. Generous pours, a real tasting experience. And Besart went above and beyond to find our group of 12 a wonderful lunch spot and arranged for a cab. He and his wife were wonderful hosts for our tour. Highly recommend!!

5.00Us four girls from the US have never been to a wine tasting before, and this was such an amazing place to start! We learned so much about the production, quality, and distinguishing properties of sparkling wines and got to enjoy many different types in the process. The environment was beautiful , with AC and many different maps/pictures explaining the wine making process and the regions from where it comes from. Thank you for this amazing experience!
