The places are amazing. Although at the time we went there were many people. You couldn't walk. The boat guide was very friendly and charismatic. However, the “guide” that greeted us at Johnny Cay was the opposite. Ever since we got off the boat we met Anthony, a guy screaming from minute 1, bordering on violent; treating tourists badly and even his colleagues who distributed orders on the tables. It was really exhausting to share space with him, as we ended up stressed and with a headache with his screaming and violent attitude. We even wonder if he was under the influence of any drug, really unexplained his behavior.

I bought the activity for December 21, 2023 at 09:00 but Morgans Tours canceled it, the reason was because the authorities prohibited maritime activities that day due to bad weather, something completely understandable. The problem is that I have been trying to make the return for 4 months and they don't even respond to the email, much less the phones. I quote from your voucher "100% REFUND for bad weather or cancellation of the FULL TOUR". I do not recommend this company at all, or hiring for this type of activity online.

Very precarious and dirty, everything without space for tourists, they charge anything to leave the bags in a plastic bag. The transparent sea, the beautiful fish Divine place to be able to exploit better and serve tourists better

We buy the package with Despegar.com and they have an operator in San Andrés called "Mrs. Chamelis", which if you have reservation does not attend given that she hopes to sell the available quotas to Jhonny Cay to the perosnas that arrive with cash, after 1 hour in line to those who have reservation tells them that they "run out" the quotas and that "touch" or change destination to an island in the high seas (Cay rock ... That is nothing more than a beach of a hotel that is not on an island and less offshore)... That if you want to go to Jhonny Cay you can but you have to repay in addition to the tax another 10 dollars... We made the best change because you came in bad faith... And they took us to the aquarium left us until 1 pm and then they put us on the boat and tell us that the bay tour (which is supposed to pay) is worth 3 dollars... Then they take us 500 meters from the mangrove and we see them from that distance and that is the whole "walk" to the mangrove. Very bad experience with the package purchased on despegar.com and with Mrs. Chamelis. In the photo you can see the mess
