The trip was interesting and very informative. Our guide was very considerate and helpful. His English was excellent but he spoke softly. He spent time determining just what we wanted to see. He helped us with our ICOCA card and took many photos of us which he transferred to my wife's phone even though it took quite a bit of his time at the end of our tour.

We had this trip, “Exploring Nara” carried out. There were some misunderstandings about organizational aspects. To show their attention to the clients, the Agency Fulfilling Inc. completely refunded the fees paid. We greatly appreciated this fair behavior.
