The experience was extraordinary and the guides were so friendly and professional. Bocawina is a special location and it was awesome exploring by hike, waterfall pool swimming, rappelling, and zip lining. We saw lots of wildlife from the treetops. This excursion was a trip highlight. Great for teenagers too! Andre, Kevin, Victor, emelio, and Roni were awesome!

Talk about an adventure! We spent the whole day in the jungle. Be prepared for a fun and vertical hike in the jungle! you will be rewarded with a waterfall to swim in at the top. We felt safe the whole time repelling. Nothing like it!

Victor was our main guide and assisted by Andreas. They went above and beyond to ensure our 1.5 mile hike though the rainforest was educational, interesting and fun! The swim in the lagoon was breathtaking as was the views from the top of the waterfall! We have so much gorgeous video and photos from the day from our guides on our phones. So unexpected and cherished. I would do this again and again. Amazing!

Epic water falls, not for the faint of heart. An adventure seekers dream. Rappelling, was ok, fun views of the jungle canopy, but pales in comparison to the waterfalls.

This was an amazing day, more than expected. We did both the waterfall rappel and zip line. The waterfall repel and hike by far was the highlight. The zip lining is a cool adventure something that is worth a go once. Our guide, Victor, so knowledgeable, seems like he’s been doing this for years, and knows exactly what he’s doing. Endless facts, points out the nature, relaxed, cool guy. Really good at repelling and making sure you are double safe. Never doubted my safety for a minute. He has a funny sense of humor too. The hike is moderately strenuous, you need to be in some kind of shape to make it up to the top. But if you can, words will not do justice what you will see there. I have repelled numerous times, all kinds of drops in the United States. This one was bonkers. You hike right through the middle of the waterfall, and it became stimulus overload. It is hard to focus with water rushing in your face and the noise of the falls. Never mind you are trying to repel, take in the experience, see something, feed your line. Again never worried for being safe. You can always do the side route but I was delighted to get right in the middle of the falls and get the full experience If you’re adventurous this will put a giant smile on your face that will be hard to wipe off. Would do that repel next week, eh, work never looks so boring 😆.

Experience of a life time, wonderful staff & excellent customer service. Bocawina is a must do once you visit Belize, we went as a staff & friends all from Tropic Air International station. They can boast to have the longest zipline over the mountains and between those rich forest of the mayan jungle home to many wild species, after that you can lunch then head on to hike to antelope falls which might be difficult for some but all can make it to the top to see that majestic view of the mayan mountains and take a dip in the cold refreshing pond and you can also water rappel down the falls its a day of adventure you dont want to miss, I urge you book your tour one you will love. kenrick

It was my first visit to Belize and I wanted to do it all, so I convinced three others in our group of 8 travellers to join me. I am afraid of heights so these activities would hopefully help me conquer my fears. We heard that the hike up to Antelope Falls would be more physically challenging than our hike the previous day at the Cockscomb Jaguar preserve which made me a little nervous because I have a partial knee replacement. The hike to to the top was difficult but worth it to be able to swim in the freshwater pool at the top under the waterfall. It was so refreshing to cool off after the hard hike up. The views of the jungle canopy at the top were amazing and if it wasn't raining our guides said we would be able to see out to the caribbean sea. I was in good hands with our guides Sendy and Victor. Sendy made sure I didn't feel bad that I was slow hiking up the mountain. He made sure to offer assistance when I needed to find my footing and found me a walking stick to help. Sendy went down first and he rappelled down the waterfall barefooted with his backpack! Victor was amazing too! He taught us how to rappel down and reassured us that we would be able to do it. Then he rappelled down in just three hops with all the extra equipment he brought! They were both very supportive, reassuring, kind and patient guides. They coached and encouraged us as we rappelled down the first 175 ft drop of the waterfall. I felt I could trust them with my life. Then after lunch at the restaurant they took us ziplining and also patiently taught us how and helped capture videos of our ziplining adventures on our phones for us. After getting over the fear of jumping off the platform, it was absolutely exhilarating to fly through the air over the jungle canopy. I even smelled the ginger blossoms as we descended down the last zipline to the end. I highly recommend this excursion!

My friend and I visited Bocawina for an excursion set up by our resort, Beaches and Dreams. We had no idea how physically challenging the hike and rappelling would be, but we absolutely loved every second of it. The key was the amazing, kind, thoughtful, patient guides. We had Vincent and Donald, who were absolutely incredible. They made us feel safe and cared for, even amidst the fear of rappelling for the first time (with a fear of heights no less). I would strongly and unequivocally recommend this adventure with this company - it was a unique, once-in-a-lifetime experience.
