We had a wonderful tour with Sahin. He was very knowledgeable and clear. He took time to answer all of our questions, and told us interesting stories to help understand and appreciate the history.

This tour was a highlight of our time in Sarajevo. Our guide, Ago, shared many stories that helped bring to life the experience of the seige and gave needed context to the geopolitics forces that caused it. He was very energized and upbeat, despite the somber content. He also took care for our comfort and understanding. We left with a hunger to keep learning about the history of Bosnia and an appreciation for the strength of it's people.

We did 2 tours with Meet Bosnia: Sarajevo War Tour with Ago and a free walk with Edin. Both of them have been amazing: interesting, dynamic, very well organised. I particularly enjoyed the fact that our guys are local who lived the history of their country and told us not only the historical facts but also shared their personal experiences and childhood memories. We learned not only about fall of Yugoslavia in one tour or Osman influence i another but also about culture, music, food, football. Definitely recommend both tours.

Fantastic tour led by Ago, we both absolutely loved this tour and would recommend. We learnt so much. The bobsleigh track was a real highlight, plus Ago's obvious passion for his topic and love of football. Thank you!

This tour of the Fall of Yugoslavia with Meet Bosnia Tours is an absolute must do when visiting Sarajevo. The tour guide Agan was an incredible guide and did an amazing job of explaining the history and adding a lot of personal stories that really made for a special experience. I would highly recommend this tour and Meet Bosnia Tours and Ben as a tour guide.

I really enjoyed the Fall of Yugoslavia Tour. In addition, I also joined the Free Walking Tour, and both experiences were excellent. I learned a great deal about the history of Bosnia and Herzegovina as well as Sarajevo, and I found the tours both informative and engaging. Armin and Armina are outstanding tour guides. Their knowledge, passion, and ability to explain complex historical events made the tours especially memorable. I would happily recommend both tours to anyone visiting Sarajevo and interested in learning more about the region’s history and culture.

We had a great trip our guide Tariq was brilliant, he explained the complexities of the break up of Yugoslavia and the Bosnian conflict clearly and from a personal perspective. We saw the tunnel, some city sights, the Bobsleigh and even a drive through East Sarajevo Rep S. Great guide and driver. Well worth the money I would highly recommend this tour. Easy to find the meeting point.

This was an excellent tour! Our guide (I wish I remembered his name - the tour was on 31/05/2026) was extremely knowledgeable and helped us really understand the story of Bosnia’s history and political climate past and present.
