It is the customer’s responsibility to know basic English in order to understand the instructions. If the customer does not understand any of the instructions, Wild Nordic shall reserve the right to refuse the customer ́s participation based on safety concerns and necessity to communicate in English during any emergency situation.
All the pick-up times are subject to a 15-minute difference depending on the other participants joining the tours. Customers shall wait for their pick-up in the hotel reception area (or such other area as notified by Wild Nordic)
No refund of the tours will be made if the customer misses the pick up services as a result of failing to wait at the designated pick-up area. Wild Nordic has the right to charge reasonable expenses arising from such neglect to follow the timetable of the program.
The driver of a snowmobile has to be at least 18 years old and hold a valid B (car) driver’s license.
The driving license must be valid in EU countries. Customers shall bring their valid driving licenses for participating in snowmobile driving. Driving licence must be physically present and written in Roman letters. No electronic versions allowed.
The snowmobile driver is held liable for any damages caused to the snowmobile. This self-risk amount is a flat-rate of EUR 900 per driver/snowmobile /accident case, without exception or regards to the extent of the damage. If the customer purchases insurance from Wild Nordic for EUR20 (subject to change as advised by Wild Nordic), then the maximum liability of the customer shall be reduced to EUR200 per person.
Snowmobile and husky safaris are not suitable for pregnant women due to vibrations as a result of uneven tracks and the presence of exhaust fumes of the snowmobiles.
Customers are highly encouraged to purchase personal travel insurance (which covers insurance for the activities to be participated);
If a customer suffers from illness or disabilities (such as heart disease, asthma, diabetes, epilepsy, back or hip problems) that could affect his/her ability to take part in the activities or that she is pregnant, he/she shall prior to participating in the activities consult medical experts as to his/her suitability to participate in the activities. The customer shall acknowledge that he/she participate in the activities to be offered in the Services at his/her own risk in the case that he/she suffers from such illness or disability or pregnancy.
If a customer is recovering from any illness or the effects of alcohol and/or drug consumption or have recently had any major illnesses or surgery, Wild Nordic shall reserve the right to refuse the customer ́s participation based on safety concerns.
Wild Nordic shall not be responsible for any valuables of the customers left in the public area while participating in the activities.
Snowmobiles have 2 seats and all adults will be sharing snowmobiles unless booked as single drivers
Children will be sitting on a sleigh pulled by the guide's snowmobile

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
What To Expect
For families with smaller children, this tour offers excitement and fun for both parents and the juniors. First we snowmobile through forest trails and wonderful landscapes around Santa Claus Village, children enjoying the ride seated comfortably in a sleigh pulled by our guide. After the ride, we arrive at an enclosed driving area with mini-snowmobiles for children to try driving safely. Guide will prepare a campfire around which your whole family can grill sausages, marshmallows and enjoy warm drinks. Please note: Riding the mini-snowmobile is suitable for children up to 11 - 12 years old. Smaller children will be assisted by the guide.

4.00Good experience driving snowmobiles. Something to do if you visit Rovaniemi. Young children go on a sled with the guide. Then they have a circuit with mini snowmobiles where they can drive in a safe environment and always with the supervision of a guide. They include clothes and a small sausage peck. Also, it is located next to Santas Claus Village, so we refused transportation back to the city and walked after the activity and linked two visits the same day. It's a five-minute walk.

5.00We had an amazing time with Damianos our guide! We were 2 adults and 2 children (8 and 5 years old) on a private tour. The whole team were lovely from the moment we were picked up. The guide takes the kids in a covered sleigh whilst we were behind following the guide. We stopped in the forest and took some pictures. Damianos was very kind and we had lots of fun with him. The kids were able to ride the kids snow mobile at the end. A very memorable day for us all. Thank you for a great experience!!!

5.00I did several excursions with different companies and certainly the best was Wild Nordic. The treatment of Bethlehem and Federico was spectacular, they did their best to give us an unforgettable time. They are very well organized and certainly know how to treat the customer. I would always repeat with them.

5.00Great experience with Wild Nordic and Marcos as a guide!!!! We are a family of 4 adults and 4 kids and we all spent a great afternoon with the snowmobiles. After 1 hour driving through the forest, the kids had the chance to ride their own mini-snowmobiles: they loved it!!!!! Marcos prepared some sausages in the fire and he created a great atmosphere. Thanks Marcos for a great experience!!!!!!!

5.00The snowmobiles tour was wonderful, we had a wonderful guy called Marcus very good @ explaining instructions, watching every move making sure everyone was safe and following safety instructions, he was very caring and always checking everyone was ok, he new the place like the back of his hands, we were certainly in safe hands, my family enjoyed the snowmobiles and would love to do it again, followed by a mini snowmobile for the younger children with sausages and berry juice Thank you Marcus x

5.00Crazy trip for the whole family in December 2021 We were looking for an adrenaline trip that suits the whole family and fortunately we found this great company. We had a lot of fun and also our son said it was very experienced, the trip is very safe, fun and sure you will remember it for a long time. Provides all necessary equipment and guidance to Wild Nordic Finland Company During the tour they start in daylight and continue into the dark, between the woods and snow and of course at the end they take care of a fire, some food and warm drink. So don’t give up on the experience.

5.00That was a blast! If you are a family with children and you wanna experience snowmobiles, this is the best tour for it! Wild Nordic Finland gives you all the equipment, so no need to worry about that. I and my husband shared a snowmobile, but because the ride is about 1-1,5 hours we both had enough time to drive it. The child is seated in the special sleight after the guide's snowmobile and it feels like a cool rollercoaster (I tried )))) In the middle of the ride, the guide took our child to ride with him on an adult snowmobile, our son loved it very much. We made a couple of stops to enjoy the view and even saw wild deer crossing the road. At the end of the trip, there is a small snowmobile that children can drive themselves. Super cool, this is definitely a trip for people who love adrenaline and new things, highly recommended!
