The Sacred Monkey Forest Sanctuary is a nature reserve and temple complex in Ubud, Bali, Indonesia. It is also known as the Ubud Monkey Forest. The Sanctuary is home to over 1260 long-tailed macaques.

5.00I took this tour with my guide named Kadek. He was fantastic, very helpful, and very friendly. He took us to all the most beautiful spots in Ubud, and for lunch, he specifically took us to eat the babi guling we requested. Fantastic tour, and Kadek was great. He also give us some advice for save money changes.

5.00We absolutely loved this experience! The tour was well-organized, and the landscapes were stunning, but what truly made it special was our guide. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure we had the best time. He shared so much about the local culture and nature—it really added depth to the whole experience. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Ubud!

5.00Bring a power bank and a lot of data space for the 1000 pictures you’re gonna take ! Still not sure what was the most beautiful part of the trip! Kadek was an amazing guide giving us also some time for extra pictures. If I knew, I would take out the Batik making center from the tour and replace it with extra time in any of the other places ( because we were not into shopping and it’s a long drive there). The drive was smooth and Kadek had the ac on waiting for us after the trekking ( after going up the stairs from the waterfall … that was priceless). Totally recommend.

5.00Dewa was a fantastic guide. Very helpful and knowledgeable. We had a very enjoyable day, highlights were the visit to a traditional family home, coffee and tea tasting and the rice field swing/zip lines.

5.00I had the most amazing experiece with Kadek and Dewa as my drivers in four different tours around Bali. They made It possible for me to see Bali through their eyes, the richness of their culture, their traditions, their religion. They made me forget I was just a tourist taking lovely photos, they showed me the soul of Bali and the Balinese people. And for that I will be grateful all my life.

5.00I liked the tour since in just one day you could visit some of the most emblematic attractions of Ubud. Since it's a private tour... you could focus on the things you like more. My guide was Dewa, from whom I learned a lot about Ubud and Bali and he was a really nice company throughout the day.

5.00We started at the Bali Swing, different acts and going to rice terraces. After that we decided to visit a quiet temple before going for lunch. Finally we went to the waterfall and having a cocktail at the beachclub nearby with a view to the waterfall. It was very interesting and our guide OKA explained all the important things we needed to know.
