What To Expect
Skip the long lines and expedite your arrival at the airport with this service. Enjoy assistance from the moment you land to the moment you exit the airport. Begin by receiving your information, including your passport and flight ticket. The team will track your arrival time using specialized airline systems to ensure they're ready when you land. Upon arrival, our staff will be waiting before the immigration area, holding a signboard with your name or your group leader’s name and guide you directly to the Fast Track lane. Please note that the service fee mainly covers the priority immigration lane arrangement, not full assistance throughout the airport. Once you have been directed to the correct lane, our staff may leave to assist other arriving passengers. Beside the default Fast Track Service, we offer optional add-on services, including luggage claim assistance and airport transfer, available upon request. In addition, a nighttime Fast Track service is available from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM the following morning for an additional fee. Please contact us in advance for further details and arrangements.

5.00Very easy pickup at Da Nang Airport (international arrival). Katie from the team was very helpful and easy to communicate via WhatsApp. The person who was waiting for us held a sign with our names. If you’re flying in before 2pm, there should be no line for regular immigration. It’s not like SGN Airport. If you fly in after 2pm, I recommend this service.

5.00This was my first time to Vietnam so I don't have a prior reference but for this being the first time, it was seamless. The communicated prior to my arrival and made sure that I'd understand exactly how things work. The gentleman met me once I got off the plane and made my way to customs. He had a sign with my name on it. He then walked me to a line in customs where there was nobody waiting. Got my passport stamped and as I walked through customs, he advised me what carousel my luggage would be on. I picked it up and immediately was able to go outside and my driver was waiting. I wasn't in the airport any longer than 10 mins from the moment I stepped off the plane. I can't say enough about how easy this was and quick to get my car. 10/10 recommend and must get for the cost.
