What To Expect
Avoid the long airport arrival lines. After you exit the plane and step into the building, there will be an agent holding up a white board with the name you provided. You walk up to the agent and he/she will take you to the front lines of immigration, baggage retrieval, then to the front line of customs. You don't have to worry about carrying or pulling luggage, our Rep takes care of everything. After customs check, you will be escorted to your waiting driver. After a long flight you don't have to stand and wait on long lines. Best way to start off your vacation when you arrive!

5.00Fast track was definitely the way to go… everything was taken care of for you and the whole process took no longer than 10 minutes… I would definitely recommend it. Transfer from the airport to the hotel was great… especially after a long flight!

5.00Express Pass- worth it. Alma met us as soon as we walked into the arrival hall with a huge smile. She took great care to move us quickly through passport control and we were one of the first at the luggage belt. Our bags for very slow coming off the plane, so we waited quite a bit in the arrival hall and the customs line started to get long. By the time our bags finally arrived, the customs line was to the wall, but Alma was able to escort us to the front of the line and out quickly. Easily saved us an additional 30 mins. Round-trip transfer- fantastic. Kevin is the man! You can really tell that he loves his job and isn't just a driver driving. He was knowledgeable and gave us great tips. He made the hour drive fly by. We even requested him for the return.

2.00No one showed upp for the fast track part of it. We had to find the stand outside and thankfully they had our name for the ride. The drive was wonderful. Our driver Shane was the best. I would give him alone 5 stars. He is an asset to the company

5.00We was met off the plane and swiftly taken through customs and security to bag collection like movie stars then escorted to the sandals lounge where our driver Shane st Claire was waiting to take us to sandals regency la toc the journey was fantastic with a bottle of champagne and piton beers and was much needed after our 8 hour flight from the uk. Shane was brilliant and it was like a tour telling us about life in St Lucia and pointing out all the beautiful spots he even stopped at a beautiful view point for us to get some pictures and took lovely pictures of us. He drove us straight to the butler lounge and was so professional. I would 100 per cent recommend island taxis and tours it was perfect.

4.00Recommended if it’s your first time visiting the island. It makes it stress free and easy process. Friendly team. The ride from the airport to the hotel was an experience itself with the ride. Our driver, Jason was great. Stopped to take pictures, had a beer and explained some information about the island.

The ride to the resort our drive was awesome. Even though there are a lot of twists and turns up the main highway, our driver was very safe and professional. Overall great experience

5.00Fast Track is worth every penny. It only took 15 minutes to get through customs and to our ride. Our driver Raffael was the best part of the package. He did an excellent job getting us to our hotel safely. I accidentally left my phone in the car. I was completely panicked. We called it hoping he would hear it. He did and came right back. He was honest and I really appreciated the extra effort. You won’t be sad you used this service.

5.00Excellent service immediately getting into the airport. We were whisked thru the lines, given our baggage and they were ready to go. I wish this service offered only the fast track without the transport as some hotels have transportation already as part of your booking to their hotel.
