We have now used it for arrival and departure, being able to bypass the queues made them smooth and stress-free. A special mention to Anna, who looked after us so well — she was friendly, professional, and incredibly efficient. From meeting us on arrival to guiding us through immigration and security, everything was seamless. Highly recommend this service, especially if you want a hassle-free start or end to your trip.

4.00This was only for immigration and not check in which was annoying. It took 40 mins just to get through that. And considering the length of the immigration queue this is worth paying for as I have heard that the AVG queue time here is at least 90 mins. If you are low on funds you could do what a bunch of Americans did and just walk up as there was no security and no checks. I'm no grass and fortune favours the bold so left them to it.

1.00When I got off the flight, the man was there.But not holding up my name sign. I had a problem with my visa and his english was not very good.So he couldn't help me. I think I should get a refund because he wasn't there.Holding the sign up and ultimately not able to help me through.Immigration.

5.00It was definately worth paying for this service considering the long queue for immigration. It was also easy for me to spot them as they were holding up a sign with my name. Specially when it's your first time in vietnam and you dont know where you're supposed to be going. They also take you to collect your check in luggage. Also worth booking a taxi ready to pick you up as part of the service is to also take you to your driver. I am also using the same service for my departure. One thing that was not suggested was a sim card for my phone which I also completely forgot to ask, so don't forget.

1.00Our flight was delayed, then rescheduled to the next day, stressful in itself anyone would say. I couldn’t contact Viator after hours, this was 7pm, 3 messages went unanswered. Finally contacted them 5 hours before arrival, they chose not to help. Even though they had over 17hours from our initial contact to amend the booking. This service was twice as much as local services - over $120 AUD, therefore I expected way better customer service and flexibility. Flights are delayed and rescheduled all the time, surely they should be more flexible. Reviewed by a sleep deprived jet lagged customer now facing a long queue at MCMC immigration after paying for a service that won’t be provided.
