5.00Greeted me when I got off the plane, skipped all the queues told what line to stand in, my grab app wasn’t working so helped me get money out and ordered me a taxi made sure I got charge from my money. Was so easy, no stress, felt safe especially being a solo woman traveller. So much could have gone wrong but this saved everything. Even helped me to connect to airport WiFi. I booked a day before my trip. This is the best service to buy!!!

5.00Well worth the money. Representative met on time at the agreed upon meeting point. The line was at least 1 hour long and was cleared through immigration/security in less than 5 minutes.

5.00Good communication for international departure. The service only covers expedited immigration when departing Saigon for international flights. Have to stand in regular security line after immigration. The regular security line was long and took about 40 minutes to clear.

5.00You have to buy this fast track otherwise you’ll spend hours in a hot and noisy immigration queue. Even with fast track we queued for 30 minutes. Well worth the money.

1.00I don’t know what it is . On arrival at the immigration, I called the fast track staff more than five times they kept saying staff is waiting but there was no one waiting for us , we had to que like any normal passengers, many people say there is so much scam in Vietnam but I dint believe until we experienced it ourself with the Air BnB and now this ..That’s when we realised we were scammed, we paid extra for no service , we had a child with us that’s why we opted for this service but no service was given to us. It’s a big no for me and my family.
