3.00Take a screen shot of your booking as i filled in for both of us & then when landed the guide only had details for myself. Wasn’t too much of a hassle in the end, but the guide didn’t seem to believe me that i filled out correctly & it was their website that has the glitch.

5.00I was completely unsure if this was more of an unnecessary money grab or really important to have. 12 of us traveled together and across the group used 3 different services found online for Fast Track, all of varying prices. Turns out that all 3 experiences were almost identical and we all arrived at different times, finding varying line lengths for the “ regular “ immigration lines. Most of us agreed this was money well spent! Our greeters were communicating in advance of our arrival and were easy to find, quick to get us through immigration, and even helped us call our hotel shuttle to come get us. Very happy with the experience. One note- when we flew out of HCMC, there is also an immigration lines, plus a TSA line that were both quite long. Either allow yourself an extra hour for that or purchase the Fast Track for departure as well.

1.00Watch out, tourist trap! Initially, a contact is suggested, but in the end it does not come about at all. This is followed by excuses about spontaneous WhatsApp failure at the contact person. In the end, everything is tried to represent that the fault lies with the customer, even though you have done everything as stated before. Do not book under any circumstances, it is pure rip-off.

5.00We subscribed to a fast Track service upon arrival from HCMV airport due to the waiting times for customs formalities. Indeed, at the exit of the plane a person was waiting for us and in 5 minutes chrono made us clear customs. Great!!! The problem is that the customs was so fast, we had to wait nearly 30 minutes for the arrival of luggage in the hold and finally we left the airport at the same time as the other passengers 😂 Morality, if you don't have luggage in the hold it's perfect otherwise it's not very useful
