5.00Very efficient. They were waiting at arrivals with a sign. They took us to get our luggage and waited until our transport came. Very helpful and kind. Would recommend. We waited 2-3 minutes in the customs line.

5.00This was worth every penny! After booking we were contacted by WhatsApp for our flight details. When we got to the immigration hall a man was waiting for us with our names on a sign. He took us through to a private immigration queue with only a couple of people ahead of us. The regular queue was snaking around the entire arrivals hall and this definitely saved us at least a couple of hours. The man helped with our luggage and showed us how to make our domestic connection. The service was a godsend after a 13 hour overnight flight. Thanks!
