Jump aboard a boat from Cannes to the famous village of St Tropez, a fabulous destination if you’re looking to see more of the French Riviera. As you relax on the boat ride, enjoy the views of the Mediterranean coast from the water. The ferry crossing is approximately one hour and 15 minutes from Cannes, and then the rest of the day is yours to explore St Tropez. The sunny seaside town of St Tropez became a popular resort destination after the end of World War II, with an influx of artists moving to the area and the beginnings of the Yé-yé cultural movements of the nineteen sixties. St Tropez then began attracting the European and American jet set, who were attracted to the town for its seaside setting, glitz and glamour. Spend the day discovering the varied delights of St Tropez at your leisure. From windsurfing classes and sightseeing to simply lazing on the beach, the town has a great deal to offer! Perhaps head off to explore the Old Port and marvel at the million-dollar yachts that line the waterside. Stroll through town center and nip into the chic shops and boutiques, or peruse the charming markets. Alternatively, leave the hustle and bustle of the port behind you and discover the La Ponche fishing quarter. Follow the cobbled streets to St Tropez Church (Église de St Tropez) and capture the scenery on camera. Walk up to the 17th-century Citadelle de St Tropez for beautiful views over the city. Art lovers can visit the town’s Musée de l’Annonciade and see works by Signac, Denis, Matisse, Picasso and more. Back near the harbor, enjoy a delicious meal by the sea and soak up the sun on a pristine white-sand beach. When your day is over, just bring your weary feet back to the boat for the relaxing journey back to Cannes.

Overall easy and smooth transaction on picking up the tickets and getting TO st tropez. Easily one of the cleanest ferries we've been on and the ride was beautiful both ways. Only flaw is the lines on the return ride from St Tropez is not clear and the staff don't really enforce it. We wait on line about 25 mins beforehand with the company sign, only to have them open the gate from a different sign. It then becomes a free for all with guest rushing the gates. Truly unruly and it would have been nice for the staff to do some crowd control.

Ferry ride from Cannes to St Tropez and return. Visitor instructions were spot on. Nice new ferry. On time with good facilities and really good staff. Toilets and a small bar. Staff were friendly and helpful. Guy making the announcements was funny and did point out some interesting things on the outbound. Just the Roth amount of time to enjoy the town of St Tropez. Even time to visit the Citadel, old town, a few shops and a very nice lunch. A great trip.

The crossing is interesting when the weather is nice. The scenery is beautiful and it is a relaxing moment about 1h15. However, the return is chaotic! 45 minutes late! No signs indicating the destination. People jostle and bicker, a great lack of respect and know how to live. Better plan the return. In St Tropez, I advise you to sit at noon if you do not want to wait too long for restaurants. The Noto is a good address. Remember to book Cédric Grolet by click & collect the day before.

Despite booking confirmation on your mobile phone, you have to go to the counter to get tickets. A little confusing at the counter. Flag with SaintTropez, inscription at the Ile St. Maguerite tickets counter.

Some clearer sineage would help at the dock plus why not just have automated check in on tickets from the QR code. Only found out after queuing at the front to get best seats, that I needed paper tickets. Hence from first to last in the queue. Having arrived at St Tropez it was quickly forgotten. What a beautiful place 😍
