This tour is advertised as a full day tour with a guide throughout. The first half in the market was good however we were not given the option to go into the craft museum.l which is on the iternary. We asked about the ladies making bread on the round stones and said we would see it later and he would explain it and then it never happened. Same for the dying of material, said we will go a different way and never got to see it. After a quick lunch at a local fast food stand we met the driver with our guide and drove a few minutes to the blue gate where the guide left. He appeared to be in a rush all day to leave and suspect he has booked a different tour for the afternoon. The driver was just a driver and not a guide, so even though we paid for a full day guided tour it is not what we received as we did not have a guide for the second half of the day. We were pretty confused and it completely impacted the second half of the tour. As this tour was not as advertised and we felt ripped off it I can only give a low score.

We had an amazing tour of Fes with Ahmed, our guide who spoke great English (he speaks many languages). We specifically picked this tour company because we wanted to get as much history and detail of not just Fes but the Moroccan and Muslim culture as possible. Ahmed started off asking if there was anything specific we wanted to do or see. I told him I haven't tried spiced Moroccan coffee yet. He took us to a street cart where a young man was making Moroccan coffee. He was heating up the coffee in sand and it was truly delicious! It was so good, I had to go back on my last day in Fes to have one more cup. We learned so much from Ahmed as he took us through the Medina, especially how to understand the various signs to indicate if it will pass through or dead end, information that would have been very useful when we went to the other cities, prior to Fes. Not only was the information Ahmed provided interesting but he would include funny stories or facts. He was great at getting us to the front of a group at popular sites so we could see better (I’m very short so I greatly appreciated not having to try to see around tall people in front of me). Ahmed took us to a wonderful lunch that served a very delicious chicken tagine which my friend and I both agreed was the best chicken tagine we had eaten so far. Ahmed also helped me to negotiate 2 purchases which I greatly appreciated. Both my friend and I also appreciated that Ahmed didn't try to talk us into buying any of the products from the artisan shops he took us to. We were very interested in how the hand made products were made but didn't have the space to purchase the beautiful artisan products Morocco is famous for. By the way, this tour was during Ramadan and Ahmed apologized to us after lunch because he said he was slower than normal since hasn’t eaten or drank anything all day. I told him he has nothing to apologize for because he has been a great guide, his pace was perfect. If it is possible to give him a rating of 10 instead of a 5 I would. We couldn't have asked for a better guide and you are lucky if you get him as a guide!

Our experience in Fez was absolutely unforgettable thanks to our guides Hamza, Adil and Sufyan. Their Service is impeccable from beginning to end. Each of them was passionate about sharing the fascinating history of the medina, its traditions and its well-kept secrets. Their kindness, professionalism and availability allowed us to fully enjoy the visit, without ever feeling rushed. They know every corner of the city and have guided us carefully, giving us both clear explanations and authentic anecdotes that make the discovery even more vivid. We also greatly appreciated their practical advice and concern to answer all our questions. Thanks to them, we discovered Fes with a new and meaningful look. I highly recommend Hamza, Adil and Sufyan to all those who wish to explore this magical city in the best conditions!

I had a tour of the Fez medina with Mr. Yassine, and I highly recommend it. He's a very kind and professional person, passionate about his culture. He took me around the Fez medina and beyond, without the pressure of having to buy, which I feared because of comments of tourists en videos pon social media. Yassine speaks English and Spanish very well. I felt safe the whole time. Sadly I can not upload a picture.

My mom and I had the greatest privilege of being on a tour led by Soufian (driving tour around Fes) and Yassin (walking tour in Fes Medina). Firstly, I wanted to say the biggest thank you to both for exceeding our expectations and putting a lot of care into their explanations of the beautiful city, we felt so privileged to be shown around by them. The tour was very informative and they both had great, warm and kind personalities. A massive thank you to Hamza as well, who is the owner of Bek Ben Travel, a truly kind person who clearly cares deeply about his work and the people who book with his company. I would highly recommend Bek Ben Travel to anyone visiting Morocco. I will be telling all of my friends and family about them when I return to Australia. So happy!

Wonderful tour with a very knowledgeable guide who managed the time at each of the sites very well. You also visit several historical sites all in one day and would recommend comfortable shoes as there is a lot of walking. Was an overall wonderful experience
