  Aaron was very prompt, helpful, courteous, and pleasant. He was informative as we made the long ride from airport to resort. He shared info regarding culture, family, customs and much more. He was a pleasure to be with. Highly recommend this company and driver.

  Great service - cars are nice and clean. Arrived on election weekend & Herman did an amazingn job dealing with the crowds and traffic. Would have been a miserable ride in an included shuttle bus transport. This is the only way to go!

  They are the best. Easy reservations and payment. Were at the airport when we got there. Very pleasant driver with a clean car and drinks and snacks. Picked us up for the return back to the airport at the time and location requested and the VIP lounge was great while waiting for our flight. Extremely reasonably priced. Will absolutely use them again

  My husband and I used Island Taxi and Tours for a private luxury transfer from the airport to Sandals Grande. We were fortunate enough to get Kevin as our driver. He made the trip such a great experience to the resort that we requested him for our return back to the airport. He taught us so much about the island of St. Lucia. He had drinks waiting for us in the car, and made sure I was doing okay throughout the trip since the roads are windy and I had warned him I was worried about the twists and turns. I spoke to several guests who took the complimentary shuttle, and it certainly sounded like our choice was the way to go! Ask for Kevin!!!! We also paid for the expedited customs and VIP lounge through Island Taxi and couldn’t have been happier!

  The driver was great, we didn't get snacks but beer and water were offered. I got motion sickness due to the winding roads but that's not the drivers fault. Great service!

  We booked a luxury private car for arrival and departure transfers between the St Lucia airport and Sandals Halcyon Resort along with Fast Track service for arrival and departure. Upon our arrival the Fast Track representative was waiting with a sign with our name on it. She guided us through the airport to the Sandals lounge to another representative who then notified our driver to have him pull around to pick us up. We had arranged this private transfer because my wife sometimes gets motion sickness, so we didn’t want to chance the resorts free transfer shuttle. Our driver was Kevin and he was terrific! We explained how my wife sometimes gets motion sickness and he completely understood. He did a great job and took it easy on the drive. He instructed her to keep watching straight ahead and not to be looking off to the side or at her phone. He also kept checking to make sure she was doing okay all throughout the trip. He also provided us with a lot of great information about the island. He had a cooler with cold water and Piton beer for us, I loved the beer. Even with him taking it easy on the drive, we still made it in 1 hour and 15 minutes. My wife had no trouble at all with the drive. We loved having Kevin so much for our driver that we immediately called in to request him for our departure transfer. He arrived perfectly on time to pick us up for our departure transfer back to the airport. Kevin was just awesome, he always greeted us with a smile, and you could tell he really enjoyed his job. The drive back to the airport was perfect. He contacted their Fast Track representative at the airport 5 minutes before we arrived so they were waiting for us when we pulled up. That representative guided us through the airport to there private departure lounge which was quiet and comfortable. They provided us with drinks and snacks while we waited. When it was almost time to board, another representative guided us to our boarding gate. We will definitely use this service again on our trip back next year!

  We loved our private transfer experience! More than just a ride, we were pampered with a personal tour on the way to and from La Toc. The cold beers on the way back were welcome as well. Very personable drivers. Would recommend.
