5.00Wonderful insightful day tour of Hangzhou. Private tour so we enjoyed the privacy and flexibility of the itinerary. Our guide Wenwen was very friendly, caring and knowledgeable. We learned a lot from her. Our west lake boat ride from ticketing to ride was a breeze. So fortunate to experience snowing on the lake 😊

The food was divine .Overall a terrific experience, especially as I booked it from New Zealand in advance and did not know what to expect.
