I wanted to share some feedback about our recent Florence in a Day tour with our wonderful guide, Chiara Manganelli. The experience was fantastic, especially with the timed entry and skip-the-line tickets for both the Accademia Gallery and the Uffizi Gallery. This was incredibly convenient, given that it was the start of the peak season. There were lots of school groups and visitors making the most of the cooler weather, so skipping the lines made a big difference. Chiara was a wealth of information, and I really appreciated how clear and concise her explanations were throughout the tour. She gave us great recommendations for lunch, which made the day even more enjoyable. Our group of about sixteen people was provided with headsets, ensuring everyone could hear the commentary. The tour started right on time and finished at the Uffizi Gallery, where we were encouraged to explore further at our own pace. I definitely recommend this tour to others. My only suggestion would be to mention in the booking details to look out for the green bag with “walk” on it. Since I booked through Viator, I wasn’t immediately sure which tour was ours until I asked someone nearby. Thank you again for a wonderful day in Florence!

Amazing Florence walking tour, covering the most important historical centre edifices. Our tour guide was extremely sweet and made sure to enlighten us about other important buildings such as the Medici household, Medusa, Michelangelo's first musings on a stone, and many more. Highly recommended for first timers and families.

Today was the absolute quintessence of the Florentine tourist experience. Having booked the tour through Viator, I woke up feeling the heavy toll of the previous day’s 14,000 steps; my body was stiff, and my enthusiasm for another day on foot was, admittedly, waning. However, the day unfolded into a magnificent surprise. While the walking was indeed extensive, our guide, Matt, was nothing short of exceptional. By the end of the journey, I found myself calling him "Maestro," a fitting title for someone who captivated us with such profound historical knowledge and brilliant storytelling. The hours seemed to vanish as we traversed the city. The "Florence in a Day" tour is a spectacular curation of Michelangelo’s genius and the timeless masterpieces housed within the Uffizi Gallery. It was a truly sublime experience that I would recommend to anyone. What a magnificent day it turned out to be.

Great pace to the tour which allowed for enough time at both key sights; the David and the Uffizi. Our guide Antonio gave the right level of information to educate without baffling and I came away from the tour with a far greater appreciation of the renaissance artists and the work they produced.

This is a very detailed visit where you gain a in depth understanding of the art you are viewing. Be prepared to wait as other guests seem to wander off.

Had an outstanding tour with Giada! She was knowledgeable, and easily accommodated our special needs - I've had trouble with sciatica and my wife is recovering from chemotherapy treatments. She made sure we saw everything, and even suggested sitting down occasionally to let us rest. We never felt rushed or pressured. HIGHLY recommend booking with her!

Unforgettable, a review of your world history books with stops for lunch and questions. So lucky to still be able to see these works of art.

Guilia was great! She was so friendly, patient and knowledgeable. My only issue was I thought we’d see more sights of the city since it was titled Florence in a day. It was primarily the two museums with stuff in between. I loved learning about the Medieval to Renaissance art transition though!
