The guide was excellent with good English We still needed to wait in line for the Accademia. Meeting point needs to be more accurate as the Piazza is huge.

Greta was an absolute pleasure to spend the day with exploring the highlights of the beautiful city of Florence. She was able to adjust our schedule when we got held up in traffic and were a few minutes late. She was extremely knowledgeable about the history of the city and all the sites we saw. She even gave us a couple recommendations on where to buy genuine leather goods (the girls each bought purses) and seeing the Boboli Gardens, which were spectactular with a beautiful view of the city from the other side of the river. Thank you Greta!

Although it is a walking tour, it is more about the museums and Michelangelo, great job of presentation

This was an energetic and fascinating tour off beautiful art pieces. Daniela gave wonderful history and insight into the artists with “gentle” instruction plus answers to all our questions. Highly recommend Daniela as your tour guide!

Good experience, very knowledgeable guide that is passionate about his art. With that said Viator charged me over $700 for 4 people for this trip which made it way over priced. Viator charged me for money per person for four people rather than just two. I mean the tour is only 2 entrances and a walk by of the Dumo. You can do these separately for a lot less money. Don’t even get to go up to the Dumo so again this was not worth it for me.

Very knowledgeable guide. Enjoyed seeing some of the best artwork in the world. We were able to get very close to Michelangelo’s David and see it from all sides.

Excellent tour led by Nebojsa! It was well organized, and the guide was very knowledgeable. He started with a walk to the Ufizzi Gallery and led us skillfully through for about an hour and a half offering helpful commentary. Then he gave us a break for about 40 minutes so you had a choice of seeing more in the gallery yourself, visiting the gift shop or leaving the museum for lunch. We then met up again, just outside the museum. He showed us the outside of the Duomo and other Florence highlights, leading us to Academia. He provided insights in the museum, especially on David. We finished the tour inside so you had the option of staying as long as you wanted. The structure of the tour was clever, and the guide was great and keeping our group together even in very crowded museums. He shared a lot of information and pictures and clearly knew his subjects. I highly recommend this tour, especially if your time is limited in Florence.

Brenda’s English was perfect. She had only a wisp of an accent. She told great stories and linked the history and insights about the artwork that we would’ve never known if we had toured by ourselves. She seemed to take an interest in folks on the tour, learning our names, and making sure that we were comfortable and accounted for. I especially enjoyed her stories about the Medicis, and her pride regarding her heritage as a Florencian was evident.
