5.00The tour was very good and the guide Annete has very good knowledge of the subjects. However 2 of my grandsons could not enter the tour because you eliminated the wrong persons 2 from my original list. This was a costly mistake done by your administration. Checking my mails you never sent me an e mail with the final list of names only saying that the group was reduced from 9 plus to infants to 7 plus 2 infants I request a reimbursement of 2 persons
