Group experience. The aprons broke the ice and people got chatting. The chef asked where people were from and gave very clear instructions. She was friendly and gave very practical tips. I was impressed with the finished results. The wine came out after the pasta was mixed and although our group started at 10:30am it was drunk and enjoyed. Plenty of chilled water for non drinkers.

It was our first time in Italy so we booked a pasta making class and it did not disappoint. The women who lead the class was funny and helpful. We had lots of laugh and lots of wine. We learned how to make the pasta and make the dough ourselves. Something I wish we would have gotten to do was make the sauce or see how they make the sauce. They also take all the pasta back to the kitchen and cook it and then plate it for you so you're not eating your very own pasta but pasta made from the group which I would have preferred to eat my own. Just something I wish I knew before but I would definitely do this again, it was so much fun and so a cool unique experience!
