Starting from the meeting point at the Belvedere of Noto, we will reach the countryside by car in just a few minutes. Here, guests are welcomed to Three Farms Island, a regenerative farm located within a protected natural area, surrounded by carob, almond, and olive trees, where food is shaped by seasonality and the land itself. Upon arrival, we will walk around the farm, exploring gardens and cultivated areas, while introducing our ingredients-first philosophy. All ingredients come directly from our own gardens or from small neighboring farms we work closely with. Depending on the season, we may gather vegetables, wild herbs, asparagus, or olives before sitting down to enjoy a complete farm-to-table meal, largely plant-based, simple, and rooted in traditional Sicilian cuisine. The meal is shared around the table in an intimate and convivial atmosphere. During lunch we will taste our cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil, wines produced by the farm such as Nero d’Avola or white, and finish with homemade limoncello. This experience is designed for travelers seeking an authentic, non-touristic encounter with Sicilian food and regenerative agriculture: Sicily rural life

Wonderful experience! If you care at all about what it takes to farm using sustainable practices, you want to sign up for this terrific tour (and delicious lunch). Fabio and Anarella are incredibly knowledgeable and deeply committed to their farm and to sharing what they do. They are so generous with their time and energy. We even had a hands-on pasta making session. And then they feed you! I would absolutely do this again.

This was a wonderful activity - really the highlight of my entire trip to Sicily. It was a truly authentic farm experience of rural Sicily, its agriculture and food. Our hosts were absolutely amazing, so warm and welcoming. After a relaxing walk around the farm which introduced us to different plants, herbs and the history of the land, we were offered a great variety of delicious home-cooked Sicilian foods, including Caponata, home made cheese, home grown citrus fruit and different vegetables. After that we had a lot of fun making different shapes of pasta, which we then enjoyed together. This was a great and very personal experience in a small group of kind people and I found it very relaxing. I highly recommend this tour and wish all the best to our wonderful hosts.

Our experience with Annarella & Fabio at Three Farms Island was one of the true highlights of our time in Sicily. The cooking class was far more than learning recipes — it was about connection, generosity, and heart. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed into Fabio & Annarella’s home, their land, and their vision with openness. Cooking together felt intimate and joyful. Our 8 year old son was included with such care and respect, invited to observe how tree grafting works, ask questions, and assist with gathering herbs for our meal. He loved it, and we all felt like we were familiar friends rather than people we had just met. The food was exceptional, the ingredients full of life, and the hospitality warm & sincere. If you’re looking for an authentic & delicious experience, this is it! An unforgettable experience for our family during our winter holiday.

The experience on the farm was fantastic. Fabio is a wonderful host and a passionate farmer. His informative walk about the farm was followed by a delicious meal of many courses, wine, and good jazz that was playing close by on a turntable. We broke bread with ten others. Each course was prepared with utmost creativity and love. My favorite was the sheep's milk ricotta served with roasted sweet potato. The entire time spent on the farm was ideal and highly recommended.

The best way to experience Sicily. Fabio and Annarella were the most wonderful hosts and it was the best Italian meal that we had. The farm was stunning and he was so helpful to pick us up closer to the public transportation since we were coming from Syracuse. Could not have asked for a better day.

Highly recommend this experience. It changed my perspective on food and hope to carry over what I’ve learned into my life in America. Unforgettable experience and very enjoyable! “Nature doesn’t need us, we need nature.”

Wow! Our favorite day, by far, in Sicily. Such a lovely and authentic experience-- we learned a lot about the history and farming in the area. Lunch was delicious and abundant, and more than we were expecting. Fabio and Annarella are so gracious and fun and welcoming. We didn't want to leave! (And wish we could have taken Martino, the farm's dog, home with us.) If we are fortunate enough to come back to Sicily, we would love to do another day at Three Farms Island.
