Elia beach is beautiful but the water is chilly and the sand is rocky. It is also windy in Mykonos. Sunbeds/umbrellas are over priced. Service is slow at the beach. The town was nice great food. Elsa was great at getting us back on an earlier bus to the new port. To improve this tour it should include a welcome drink at the beach club or a free appetizer.

If you want to spend time on the beach don’t do this tour. You are limited to 2 hours with mandatory pick up times. They also don’t take you to the shops, they return you to the port and make you walk back and forth to the shops yourself. And this you can do for free. The beach that they take you to is owned by a restaurant who makes you pay 35€ per chair and will only cater to you if you are a paying chair customer. They tried to tell us where we can place our towels after being told by the tour we could sit anywhere on the sand if we didn’t want to pay for chairs. Waste of our time. We could have done this without the $45 charge per person to be driven to the beach. Save yourself and take a taxi to a better beach.

It was a bus ride to the beach and back to the port where the boat and Old Town is. I think an Uber or Taxi would have been cheaper. The beach was expensive for 3 hours. $70 for two chairs plus drinks. And $20 for towels. Bring your own towel to save money
