5.00Please read this message to the end. It's long, but worth it: I'd like to write this message for Icy, who was our guide. The experience she gave us was extraordinary. Her explanations were precise and clear. There were even some lovely little anecdotes. Regular photo breaks were offered, which allowed us to stay focused on the information she was providing. Incredible! But above all, I'd like to add that Icy was truly invaluable to me for another reason. I asked her for help booking tickets to a show. As a tourist, I hadn't been able to do it despite all my research over the past week! In just a few minutes of chatting, my tickets were booked. I couldn't believe it.
