3.00The company itself is well organised. They sent a message about meeting points and some notes before the tour, which are very useful. They have a lot of different guides. Whether the tour is great or not really depends on a guide and it could be a hit and miss. Our guide was ok but the information given was a bit mediocre and I was hoping a bit more deep knowledge.

5.00Absolutely worth it. Skipping the queue at the start and knowing where to go and what to see inside the huge forbidden city area had incredible value. Even with this it still took over 4h from start to finish, so for a family coming to Beijing with only a few days to see the city this tour is definitely recommended. Snow our tour guide was knowledgeable and extremely helpful, even recommending us activities for after the visit. Small group size meant it was great to get the most value and not feel the crowd.

4.00Was a good tour with lots of info but it does get very busy. We were there at Chinese new year, so queues expected, but it was 2 hours queue to get into T-Square. An earlier start could have avoided some of the queues. But Icy had a lot of knowledge once inside and was very friendly!
