Born in Vietnam and raised in France, Chef Jean-Yves has become an expert in the art of fusing culinary techniques and traditions after winning the 2012 edition of Masterchef France.

It was a very interesting and informative class in a beautiful setting and the macarons were delicious! Highly recommend, it was a very memorable experience on our trip.

5.00Chef Yves is a wonderful teacher. My husband, myself and my two teen girls got to experience first hand how to make authentic macarons, what common mistakes are, and ask as many questions as we wanted. We would highly recommend this experience to anyone wanting an authentic Parisian experience!
