️DO NOT PARK in Shaggy's parking lot, you will be towed. ALLOW EXTRA TIME, you should be behind Shaggy's 30 min prior to departure. There is public parking across the street on the sound side, use crosswalk, 735 Pensacola Beach Blvd. or at 3 Casino Beach boardwalk @ Casino Beach Public Parking Lot (Beach Ball Water Tower)

1.00They canceled our trip twice and I never received a refund. I’m not sure if this has happened to other guest or travelers, but it was very disappointing because the kids are let down.
