  It was really a wonderful small group experience. The glowworms were as if you are stargazing. It was very safe, the way the tour was conducted. A must do activity if you are in New Zealand.

  The company failed to specify which cave we would be visiting, and unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the smallest ones, which was quite disappointing given our expectations. To make matters worse, we were overcharged by more than $400. Upon realizing the discrepancy, I promptly reached out to the company, providing all the necessary details of our order and requesting a refund for the excess charge. However, despite multiple attempts to contact them, I received no response. This lack of communication and accountability is highly unprofessional and certainly not the level of service one would expect from a reputable company.
