5.00Our driver Dean was a delight and very knowledgeable about the history of New Zealand. He was on time and got us to the caves quickly. The caves and tour were also amazing. I HIGHLY recommend booking this if you ever visit Auckland.

5.00The scenery inside the caves is gorgeous. The trip can visit 2 caves and we can take a coffee break after visiting the first caves. The tour guide is very helpful and informative. All in all, the trip is highly recommended.

5.00Fatema was responsive and answered questions ahead of our tour. Jason, our driver was prompt and friendly. The cave tour itself is very unique. The glow worms along the ceiling look like the Milky Way. Pablo, our cave guide, gave us lots of information and time in the caves. The spirit cave tour was informative but less unique if you have been in caves before. The tour stops on the way out for breakfast at a cafe and in town on the way back for lunch (neither are included in the cost but lunch recommendations are provided) Overall I think this is a great option to see the glowworm caves if you have a day in Auckland.

1.00The company was dishonest. I asked if the cave was flooded and was told it was open. They said they would confirm again in the morning and I could opt out then. Have way there (a 3 hour drive) I was told the cave was indeed flooded and I would not be able to take the boat ride to see the glow worms. On a very short cave walk and minimal views of a few worms it was clear the management of cave and the tour company were aware of the closure prior to the departure. Totally unacceptable

5.00Expedigo Tours and Transfers were prompt in replying to our last minute message about booking the Waitomo Glowworm Caves tour including the itinerary, costs, and availability. We were met the next morning by Matt who did an excellent job as our guide throughout the day providing info on the area and making a couple of special stops along the way - no spoilers here! Expedigo did not disappoint in booking us on a tour that we will never forget!

5.00Matt was such a pleasure as he drove us to the caves. He pointed out things along the way and answered all of our questions. When we got to the cave area, Ross took over. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful as we experienced "magic" with the glowworm cave. He even took a picture of us in the cave which was a beautiful bonus.
