A lovely day spent visiting the north of Belgrade up to Novi Sad. Our guide Jovana was awesome and knowledgeable- not only on the subject but lots of information about Serbia. Having the option to decide on lunch venue was appreciated.

A beautiful day outside of Belgrade. It offers a change of scenery, and you see a lot while maintaining a pleasant pace. Marko is an excellent guide, smiling and happy to share his knowledge. Thank you.

The best part of the tour was the visit to Petrovaradin Fortress; while, as an Italian, I found the wines proposed during the tasting really low-level. All in all a pleasant day, thanks to our guide. Bad, however, our driver: rash and dangerous driving.

Trip not difficult or tiring. The places you visit are all pretty close. You can calmly see all the things included in the program and hear during the trip in minivan some useful information to understand the history of Serbia.

We booked the trip, received confirmation, at the indicated time and place the tour operator never showed up (and it was difficult to miss the place - hotel Moskva). Since no contact to the tour operator was provided I managed to get in touch via WhatsApp with Viator travel. After a while I learned that I will be picked up soon (it was already 45 min after the time). Another 45 min took the exchange of correspondence with Viator with no effect. Despite requests I was never given a direct contact to the tour operator (I received one but they never answered). After 1,5hs I've given up. It is a pity since it was our last chance to go outside of Belgrade - we were going back next day. I must say I have never been treated like that during years of traveling. It is a warning for others - please note that while booking via Viator there is no information who is the actual operator nor you will find any contact details.

  • Great trip, slightly underwhelming

It was great trip, the guide was very nice and very friendly he helped us a lot during the trip. However the trip itself wasn't that great particularly as compared to other parts of serbia (like east serbia). Petrovardin Fortress was okay, Monastry was like another monastry, and there wasn't much to do in Novisad. The difference between Novi sad and Belgrade is much of a muchness.
