What To Expect
At the airport, our chauffeur will be waiting for the clients outside the arrivals gate. He will be holding the client's name on a board. If you are unable to reach the chauffeur, please contact us or send us a mail. Free Wifi is available at CDG airport, feel free to contact us on WhatsApp. At the train stations in Paris, the clients should meet the chauffeur outside the station as there is very limited parking space as it's full most of the time. For the departures from Paris to the airport, our chauffeur will be waiting for you outside the hotel or the given address at the requested time. He will call you to meet him outside the hotel. PLEASE NOTE that 20,00€ extra will be charged as night charges for reservation between 21:30 pm till 06:00 am. Payment has to be done by cash directly to the chauffeur. *** On arrivals at the airports, the chauffeur will be waiting for you 30mins-40min max free of charge from the given arrival time, anything over charges apply. Please kindly note if you are facing any issues at your terminal, do contact us as each of our chauffeurs have a schedule to attend to. *** If there's any delays or cancellation, please let us know ASAP by mail or by calling us. *** If you bring more luggages than what it is mentioned on the price, additional charges will be applied by the chauffeur. *** No luggages or bags are allowed in the seating areas. *** You are not allowed to smoke and to eat inside. *** Damages or making a mess in the vehicle will have charges of minimum 100.00€ (unclean shoes, throwing dirt on the vehicle floors, vomiting etc..) as we strive to have a very clean and luxury vehicle for all clients.

5.00Smooth, Stress-Free Transfer for Our Disneyland Paris Family Trip We used Elegant Transfers for our family trip to Disneyland Paris and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Booking was straightforward and communication was clear and prompt. Our driver was waiting for us on arrival with a name sign, which made things easy after a long journey with kids. The vehicle was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable — plenty of room for luggage and child seats, which were provided as requested. The drive itself was smooth and efficient, and the driver was professional, courteous, and patient, helping us load bags and making sure everyone was comfortable. What really stood out was the reliability and peace of mind — exactly what you want when travelling as a family. For the return journey, pickup was perfectly on time and just as seamless. No stress, no delays, just a dependable service that let us focus on enjoying our Disneyland trip. Highly recommended for families looking for a safe, punctual, and premium transfer service to and from Disneyland Paris. We would definitely use Elegant Transfers again.

5.00Having visited Disneyland Paris many times, and used various train/tube methods to get there and back we decided to book a private, round trip transfer from CDG to Disney hotel. As you are probably aware if you're reading this review, there are MANY to choose from in Paris. I myself chose Elegant Transfers based on the Trip Advisor reviews and was not disappointed. Their prices are the same as many others (65 Euro each way), but I was reassured by the positive comments and feedback. Needless to say we were not disappointed. Our flight arrived considerably earlier than scheduled, and our driver was there waiting to greet us as we exited. Due to the earlier arrival it meant we also missed the rush hour traffic, and I have to say that the scenic drive through small towns and villages we would never have otherwise seen was an utter, relaxing and picturesque pleasure. The driver was kind, helpful and got us to our hotel quickly and safely. Similar experience upon our return, a call to the phone to say he had arrived and was outside, was right at the front door as we exited with our name ready to greet us. A similar relaxing experience upon our return. I will never go back to navigating CDG to Disney any other way. I can only imagine they provide the same level of service for all their products, and would highly recommend.

5.00I do sincerly recommande you. I came with my children to Paris for the week-end and as a mom i do choose everytime security before all and with Élégante Transfere i have never been dissappointed. This is thé 3´ Time and everytime is very pleasant, clean Car , nice driver , in Time and with very attractive prices. I’ll call them for sure for every stay in Paris . Thank you very much Trevis

5.00Trevin from elegant transfers picked us from airport to pullman paris defence area and given a good tour in paris and took us to Eiffel Tower ,Notre Dame cathedral ,the louvre ,Versailles Palace and many more places. Trevin is on time speaks good English and french and well dressed gentleman , good etiquettes and quite knowledgeable regarding the places and timings in the whole of france , paris and south of france vacation trips .I really enjoyed my time in Paris. The car they used was a large Luxurious Suv with lots of space for luggage as well , latest model and clean from inside . On time performance and well coordinated. Really recommend elegant transfers for a good family holiday.
