  First time to Vietnam.. Sapa & Fansipan are two places we'd like to visit. Without help from the agent seems the trip would be exhausting - tiring if distance. Mie helped me arranging the trip with passion. I've never met Mie, but I feel that Mie had been doing it with the solid expertise.   Good experience Visiting Hanoi was an unforgettable experience. The city is full of life, history, and charm. I started my day with a walk around Hoan Kiem Lake, where locals were doing morning exercises and enjoying the peaceful scenery. I then explored the Old Quarter, which was bustling with motorbikes, street vendors, and small shops. The narrow streets were full of delicious smells—I tried pho from a local vendor and it was the best I’ve ever had. Later, I visited the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and the Temple of Literature. Hanoi’s mix of French colonial architecture and traditional Vietnamese culture truly amazed me.

  Before our trip to Vietnam, my partner and I started looking for someone who could help us book some things, because sometimes it was a little vague what the trips looked like when we looked it up ourselves. Through the website of SST we came to Mikey, who helped us about 2/3 months before our trip started to figure out what we wanted, in order to put together a good trip. From moment 1 he really helped us tremendously with finding the best deals, but also explained to us what we should or should not do. Because of the distance, we were a little afraid at the beginning that not everything had come through properly, and that there would be miscommunications. But after lots of extra questions and double-checking (thanks for your patience ;)), we found out that everything was arranged exactly the way we wanted it, and nothing had gone wrong at all. Mikey really helped us tremendously the whole trip, and made sure that our trip was really fantastic.
