What To Expect
Panstwowe Muzeum Auschwitz-Birkenau
The driver will pick you up from the place of your choice. After approximately 1 hour 30 minutes drive you will arrive in Oswiecim. After a short break you’ll begin the first part of your visit. It will last about 2 hours. Then, after a few minutes of free time, you’ll be taken by your driver to visit the second part of the museum - Birkenau. In Birkenau the tour usually lasts about 1 hour. The driver will then take you back to Krakow. Please note that the pickup time may change due to the availability of guides at the museum. The exact pickup time will be provided the day before the tour.

5.00Booked via Tripadvisor. Everything was perfectly managed from start to finish with excellent communications. Driver Jan was very knowledgeable and arrived on time at our hotel and then every meeting point after that. Our tour was made so much better with the smaller numbers so definitely worth paying a little bit extra. Comfortable transport in a new minibus too so all in all I highly recommend these guys. Some of the groups we saw there were very big and that makes it slow and awkward. This was much more of a personal service.

The tour was with another couple so it was a small group of us and I’m glad we booked it through Your Krakow Travel as other groups had almost 20 people! The guide, Adelina, was amazing as well. All in all a great experience.

Being in a small group made the experience much more personal and allowed us to take in everything at a comfortable pace. It was a very moving and educational visit, especially meaningful after reading about it beforehand. I’m very satisfied with the tour and would highly recommend it.

5.00100% recommend this company for Auschwitz tours. after reading many of the horrors of booking through 3rd parties such as get my guide we put our trust in Your Krakow Travel around 3 weeks before arriving in Krakow. email communication was great, prompt pick up and excellent guide. With just 4 of us on the tour, it felt like a private tour. Our driver Janek was friendly and knowledgeable and our guide Syzmon was an excellent guide. Highly recommended and would use again!
