What To Expect
This is a private transfer service. The driver will pick up guests from their accommodation in Krakow and drive to the Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum in Oswiecim or vice versa. Guests can choose one-way or return transportation. The transfer duration each way is up to 1.5h, depending on traffic. It is also possible to book the driver for the whole day and have him wait on-site. The duration of the trip depends on the selected option and how long guests decide to stay at the destination.

5.00We had a great day with Matthew collecting us exactly when he said he would and clearly outlining what the plan was for the day. At each stop he set expectations as to what would occur and the relevant time frames. This made our trip even more enjoyable. The tour guide at both venues was exceptionally knowledgeable and provided a comprehensive overview of the ins and outs of both camps. One point to flag, we booked for 8:30am start. We were advised 24 hours beforehand that the tour start time would not be until 11:30am. This is advised on their website and did not change our overall experience, just one point of note.

5.00We had a great experience, Matthew our guide was very nice and helpful. He contacted me through WhatsApp and kept us updated the whole time. He picked us up at our apartment and the journey to Auschwitz was just a little over 1h and there he gave us our tickets and made sure we entered on time. The whole tour lasted about 4h, but because its late September and the weather here in Krakow really shows its autumn i definitely recommend checking the weather app before you go on this tour. For us the whole visit was extremely windy, Auschwitz itself wasnt as bad because you go into the buildings but Birkenau is just a plain field with serious gusts of wind so bringing a hat and scarf is a must. I would definitely recommend going to see Auschwitz-Birkenau and Legendary Krakow has great prices and includes the entry fees so all you need to do is be at the pick-up spot (infront of the door to your hotel/apartment) and let them take care of the rest!

5.00Piotr was our designated driver for the Auschwitz tour from Krakow. He was punctual and full of knowledge. It was a very comfortable journey and no hassle getting into Krakow. Tickets were provided and queues were jumped thanks to the pre booked tickets. Piotr also suggested a good range of restaurants and bars which should be visited in Krakow for the return. Would definitely recommend booking the tour again this way.
