I had an amazing experience with this tour! Patrick, our driver, arrived exactly on time. He was responsible and incredibly friendly. We had great conversations about all sorts of topics, and he even gave us recommendations beyond just the tour itself, which was really helpful. The ride was smooth and comfortable, and the vehicle was very cozy. Everything was perfectly organized, and I truly appreciate Patrick’s professionalism and kindness. Highly recommended!

Hotel pick up was on time, friendly, knowledgeable. Tour was long, very interesting. Lots of steps down through all the levels. Some of the things down there,and stories, were fascinating. Well worth the money. A very good day.

The Salt Mine was amazing, beautiful, awe inspiring and a tour that shouldn’t be missed. The whole tour experience was made easy and stress free by our driver Patrick who was friendly and welcoming. I would recommend this tour as an important bit of Kraków’s history as well as something that will take your breath away in surprise at what the mine has to show.
