  We arranged for Mick’s to collect us from the Sofitel in Denerau, to bring us to Natadola Beach. Denerau has its charm but it was nice to just go further down the coast and experience something outside of resort life. Comms were very clear and efficient. Our driver picked us up on time, and later on return even did a slight detour into the port for us to do some shopping, as it was bucketing with rain. We rode horses with Nemo and his family. The massages on the beach were SPOT ON. Better than what we’ve paid for at the resorts. My kids had fun playing with the local kids on the beach. The horse-riding experience was fun. We wanted to see what some of the reefbreaks would be like to surf next time when we return to Fiji, and Nemo and his cousin took us out on the boat and gave us some choice local commentary. And we had a bit of a tour of the beach and island opposite the beach on the way back in. Please support local! This was an awesome business to be able to support.

  I do not normally write reviews but I have to say the experience with Mick's was truly awful. First reservation, for another traveller, was at the wrong pick up location despite confirming twice via email of the new location. I was unable to reach anyway that morning with issues. We had a reservation for midday. We finally left 2.5 hours later.The first wasted hour was just a "regular" delay which we did not agree to. We are travelling with an infant. We requested a capsule. What they offer is very different to what is shown online. And the next wasted hour and a half was them frantically trying to find a capsule that suited. After this debacle, I tried to cancel my return trip. Rebecca refused citing that it needed to be within 48 hours. The request was made 42.5 hours before the return trip. You'd would expect after a 2.5 hour delay they would honour this. I wrote them an email the next day and sent two messages. Silence. This was interesting as they usually would respond quite promptly. Then at 5.15pm my email highlighting my concerns was ignored, and Rebecca simply confirmed our booking. WhatsApp messages cancelling our booking were read they just decided to ignore them. In all, please do not waste your time with this company. Do not trust the safety of your children with this company. There are many other good companies. Unfortunately Mick's and Rebecca has really soured our view of Fiji.

  The company are reliable, good email communication, reasonable prices, friendly and safe drivers. Support the Fijian communities by going with Mick’s! 100% Fijian owned. We use them for all of our transfers and tours.

  Safe and reliable Fiji transfers from airport to resort and back. A little expensive when booked in advance versus what you would pay a taxi outside the airport, but depends if you want to know someone is definitely waiting for you.

  Highly recommend Micks Fiji Tours they got 14 of us from Nadi airport to Port Denarau on time to catch our ferry transfers and also no issues with our return. Great reliability and we look forward to using your services again soon. Vinaka Pete & Jane Townhill.

  We booked airport transfers with Micks tours, and paid extra for a child seat for our 4 year old. When we arrived the car was waiting but there was no seat, and the guy kept trying to upsell us to other tours the whole time. Then for our return trip, even though we confirmed with them they day prior, the car never showed up. And we had no contact from them to say they were running late. So we didn’t miss our flight we got a taxi instead. Which was actually cheaper and a nicer car. We have contacted the company to ask for a refund.

  Booked a bus for 10 adults and 5 kids and was sent picture and confirmation of a 21 seater bus. Meet the driver out front of the airport with a 9 seater bus insisting we would all fit in it. After refusing to get into one bus we had to wait an hour for another bus to pick the rest of us up. Also used this company for my husbands bucks party a few days later to go from the Warwick resort to Nadi and again confirmed a bus for the 18 people and was sent a mini bus and car to all fit in. Going back from Nadi to the Warwick resort the wheel come off the bus. The passengers had to make their own way back to the resort. Over $2000 AUD spent on this disgusting service I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY

  We always use Mick's Fiji whenever we come over to Fiji and when we cam over in November with my elderly Inlaws nothing was a problem! thank you so much we have booked our airport transfer for January see you soon
