We spent three great days on the Ha Giang Loop! The organization is perfect (from the care to the end), the agency can be contacted constantly and keeps us informed of everything. During the tour we were a small group of 6 people (very nice meetings), there are several stops on the day with amazing views! "You", our guide was very attentive, very friendly and speaks very good English! We took a driver (“Lu”), who was very caring and has experience on the road. I always felt safe). The bikes are in good condition. The food throughout the tour is excellent and varied +++! We leave with a finisher tshirt 🏅 I highly recommend this tour if you are staying in northern Vietnam, it is one of the best experiences we have done! Thanks to the Blue Team 💙

It was the most emotional experience I've had in a long time. Vietnam is a country of bewildering beauty and having the chance to cross it with Tom Thang and the other drivers made this Ha Giang tour even more beautiful. The organization is cared for in detail, the food great and safe travel. The drivers are all excellent professionals and a lovely company. They are kind, helpful and funny. Tom Thang, in addition to being our guide, was also my driver. He is a beautiful person with an infectious laugh who knows how to involve everyone, I recommend organizing the tour with him!

We did this tour me and my girlfriend, it was a fantastic experience, nothing short of incredible, the places we saw are of a beauty that you can not tell, you can only live. But then the organization was also excellent, everything was well coordinated, and with wonderful company. And finally our guide "Thang" is a nice person, always happy, engaging and speaks good English and makes you feel in good company like all the drivers who are also very professional

It was an incredible experience! We did the Ha Giang Loop tour (4D/3N) and were with a group of 8 people. Breathtaking landscapes, incredibly beautiful views, bumpy and winding mountain roads, lots of exciting impressions of the lives of the locals, delicious food, an incredibly cool group, lots of happy water (corn wine) and endless karaoke... Our guide was super funny and took great care of us. Our drivers were also very nice and always in a good mood. We had a lot of fun together and will remember all the wonderful experiences for a long time to come! Booking with Tripbestie was the best decision! Super friendly, easy communication, perfect service, quick responses. Big thanks to the Tripbestie-Team :)

The Ha Giang Loop will for sure be one of my most unique and most amazing memories from Vietnam. The views were indeed as amazing as everybody is saying. The riders were experienced and we all felt super safe with them. They were extremely helpful and kind and truly wanted to us have an awesome experience. During the tour, we played games together, had karaoke nights and visited some local culture places such as temples and museums. The food and accommodation were all very nice and provided us with quite authentic Vietnamese experience, I would say. And the best of it all was the absolutely extraordinary support we received from TipBestie. Honestly, best customer service I have ever experienced. Super responsive, helped with all kinds of issues ranging from bus schedules, communication issues, refunds.. Cannot recommend them enough!!! The only complaint I would have is the rather poor level of English the riders in my group had. They were extremely nice, but it was really difficult to communicate even about basic things. Hence, my only suggestion for the company to improve their service would be to make it super clear what level of English one should be expecting as we believed it would be much better than it was. However, despite that small obstacle, I would still recommend this trip to any adventure-seeker. Worth the money, time and the pain in the ass ;)
