• unforgettable trip with guide Ubay

  The guide Ubay picked us up in Surabaya in the morning at the agreed time, leaving us time for hotel breakfast. We are a family of four with two adult children. We were transported to Tumpak Sewu Waterfall in a comfortable van. A local knowledgeable guide was arranged on site, who took our personal belongings in a waterproof backpack. He took professional photos of us. Before the next trip there was a great opportunity to change into dry clothes. A couple of hours later we moved to a hotel near IJEN CRATER. After resting, there was a night transfer to the crater, equipment on site, we were given face masks, glasses and trekking poles. This was followed by an unforgettable night ascent and subsequent descent into the crater. After a shower and breakfast at the hotel, there was a transfer near Mt. BROMO. . The hotel was in beautiful nature with a view of green mountains. The night transfer by off-road vehicle was an experience. The sunrise and views were less successful due to clouds. The guide took us later to a beautiful viewpoint. Part of the excursion was a stay in hotels with breakfast. After the arrangement, the guide and driver dropped us off at the agreed time at the airport in Surabaya so that we could continue our vacation. The driver drove the car excellently. The guide Ubay, that's what everyone wants. I hope to see you again someday.

  I had an amazing experience with CheapBromo for my Mount Bromo and Mount Ijen hike. This was my first overseas hiking trip, and everything was planned perfectly from start to finish. The guide was very knowledgeable, professional, and always made sure we understood what we were seeing and doing. The entire itinerary was well thought out, every activity was timed just right, so we never felt rushed, but also never bored or stuck waiting around for too long. Transportation, coordination, and overall flow of the trip were smooth and stress-free, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better first overseas hiking experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a well-organized and memorable Bromo–Ijen tour.

  The three-day, two-night trip was truly wonderful and unforgettable. Everything was very well organized, from visiting the waterfalls to watching the sunrise at the volcanoes on both days. Med was professional, attentive, and made the whole journey smooth and enjoyable. He also helped us capture amazing photos and videos, leaving us with beautiful memories.   Great experience, with family to experience the first time in Indonesia, starting from the water, you can experience two volcanoes at a time, Sewu Falls is also spectacular, three days and two nights although a bit tired but well worth it, guided Med service is good!

  Starting from Shenzhen/Maraton, three days and two nights tightly filled. The sunrise of Bromo is magnificent, the mysterious mystery of the blue flame of the Isis volcano. The journey is fast, but the spectacular views are definitely worth it. Guided tours and seamless transportation arrangements are an unforgettable volcanic adventure.

  Everything went super smoothly! Everyone was very professional and punctual, and they really went above and beyond to make sure we are comfortable and safe. The car had some problems on day 1 after we arrived in Sukapura and our kind driver Hasan went all the way back to Surabaya to change the car into a better one! Our guide Melati is just amazing, very friendly and knowledgeable, these 3 days with her felt like going on a trip with a good friend ☺️ The hotels that were part of the package are also all clean and comfortable ✨ Sadly going on December means you’re rolling the dice on what weather you’re gonna get, we couldn’t see the big blue fire on our Ijen hike but our guide Eddie got creative and started a mini blue fire for us 😆 Highly recommend Cheap Bromo to take care of everything for you 👍🏼👍🏼

  

  

  

  

• Our trip with Med and Agus

  Med & Agus were the tour guide and the driver of our trip. Both of them are very professional, friendly and passionate. Med showed his profession via his excellent language skills, with Indonesian as his mother tongue, and fluent English and even Mandarin. Also, he took amazing photos and videos as well. He has so much patience! He also gave us a lot of information about the background story from Mt Bromo to Ijen. Agus demonstrated his ability through safe and efficient driving throughout the trip. Both their kindness, enthusiasm and sympathy definitely made our holiday special. They were always there when we needed them. For example, every time either we are getting on or off the vehicle. Agus will park somewhere safe, notify us to be aware of any other vehicles and keep our belongings safe. Med will help open and close the door for us like a gentleman. These are just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to all their strengths. Overall, it was a wonderful experience that my friends and I truly enjoyed together with them.

  I really enjoyed this trip. Our tour guide Med and the driver Agus took good care of us. We had a lot of fun during the journey. Med is a humorous and kind tour guide. He speaks English and Manderin so well that we always had fun and chatted together. He's also an excellent photographer. (Oh sometimes he filmed funny video as well😝) Agus is also a nice driver and he would do his best to take us to the destination safely.
