1.00Did not get what we paid for. Was dumped with a large group 9 hour trip became 18 hours. Was meant to be picked and dropped at Hotel had to make our way to a pick up point cost us more money etc

2.00In accurate advertising. Poor organisation. No hotel pick even though the e-ticket says hotel pick up. A 9hrs trip turns into 18hrs. Just dumped at a bus top and told to make your own way back.

The journey was well-organized, the scenery along the Albanian Riviera was breathtaking, and the stops in both Saranda and Ksamil were absolutely beautiful.
