Come and experience the most breathtaking fjord landscapes in the Tromsø region - fantastic arctic scenery; a combination of mountain and sea. You will get many photo opportunities along the way as we make a lot of short and long stops, and experience wild nature, local culture and charming small towns. Quite often we can see wild animals like reindeer, seabirds and eagles. This is a perfect day-tour for the one that would like to experience the arctic wildlife up close.

We had an average tour - we saw some cool sights and came across Reindeer on the way back but the tour provider had poor communication. We were sent the incorrect meeting point so we were waiting at the wrong Polar Adventures office. We even asked 2 staff members who told us we were in the right spot but we weren't. The driver called us and picked us up but said we needed to leave our stroller behind. We did so at the office location #1. They didn't have the child seat in the van that they'd said they would provide for our 3 year old. After making it sound like we were silly for wanting him in a carseat they begrudgingly drove 10 mins to location 2 to pick up the child seat. When we finished the tour they took us back to location 2 and said the tour was over and we had to walk back to location 1 carrying our child (in -15 degrees) to pick up the stroller that had been left at location 1. We were offered a hot chocolate and a small biscuit but they didn't provide a gluten free option for my sister who has an autoimmune disease which had been noted upon booking. The tour guide shared some good information on the drive to the beach but nothing on the way back. The beach and landscape was beautiful and we did see Reindeer. The driver did stop and let us out which was a real highlight and another staff member took photos of us which was awesome. Overall, a good experience but not good value for money considering the price.

One of the best things you could do in Tromsø, also the landscapes and scenery are amazing. The team is fantastic and so is the captain. Also the fish soup was delicious. A must do

Philip, Sara and "el capitan' of the polar queen provided a fun day if cruising the fjord. No sign of whales or orcas, and the eagles flew around us but did not go for the fish we caught minutes earlier. Despite cloud and some drizzle we enjoyed this half day cruise. Catching fish, spotting eagles and seals, even at a distance was fun. Phillip was excellent and has great knowledge of Norwegian history. Sara was also a great host and made us a killer fresh fish and vegetables soup for lunch. Boat captain, can't remember his name, is also very knowledgeable and knows the fjords like the back of his hand. Recommend this tour. But wish in hindsight we did the full day whale and orca tour which i hear is very successful for whale orca sightings.

Excellent small group tour. Very personal service with a brilliant guide called Sarah. Knowledgeable in all areas. We saw seals, sea eagles etc. Highlight was a bbq lunch next to a Fjord. Stunning scenery and lots of beautiful locations picked for us to stop at and explore. This is a highly recommended trip for all ages.

We booked full day Fjord tour with Polar adventures. It was one of the most memorable trip with an amazing guide Petter and his co driver Merci... They were very kind, helpful and didn't hesitated in stopping at any point we wished, we wanted to have photograph. If you're taking this tour you will not find a single dull moment. Entire trip is worth and if you are here in Tromso, any any time of the year, i would definitely recommend this tour and in the end you will find it worth. Weather was bit bad however they drove us to alternative route where we had spectacular snow beach view, and did gripp and one fire camp.. which would be always memorable through my life. They also provide extra warm clothes if you are not carrying required gears. Summary: This tour is worth and they are extremely professional.
