A great tour, showing many places around Tunisia. The highlight was a night in the desert. A lot of kilometres covered - bring snacks and water.

To say that it was perfect, I think I fell short, the guide (Dad as we said to the guide) the driver, the group, the destinations, the service, everything was perfect. If someone is looking for a uniquely experienced person, this is the best option.

A fantastic tour that covers a lot of Tunisia, it's history, landscape and culture. Wonderful, professional guide and driver. Seamless transfers, meals and comfort breaks throughout. I highly recommend this option when visiting Tunisia with family, friends or even solo.

A great experience with a great crew. Would highly recommend! Worth the cost. The Berban villages and night in the desert were a highlight.

Very efficient agency, offers different tours and all very well organized. Our guide Toupik, was very good and the same I can say about our driver. Definitely a recommended agency.

The composition of the circuit is excellent. We particularly enjoyed visiting the El Jem Coliseum and the desert experience. Our driver was friendly and efficient. However, we are very disappointed with our guide. We never had clear instructions from him as to how the activities would go or what the logistics elements would be. The guide gave very little explanation when visiting the sites. He did not seem motivated and we were often left to our own devices. Finally, it would be important to specify that the camel ride is optional and costs 25 euros, counting.

The date we booked didn't have enough people signed up, so the local operators asked if we could change our date. This required cancelling and rebooking hotels, as this excursion was the centrepiece of our time there. The company refused to offer us anything for the additional costs we incurred to make the scheduling work for them. Make sure you pack snacks and water. You aren't offered anything to drink on the bus. We enjoyed all of the scheduled stops. We did wish that we had more info about what each stop entailed. Overall things were good, but nobody on the tour liked the guide that we had. He meant well, but just seemed to rub everyone the wrong way. Towards the end of the trip, we ended up with a different guide, and that was a significant improvement.

Decisive for our booking was the overnight stay in a tent in the desert and the visit to the oasis Chebika. El Jem and Matmata were rather lower on our priority list. This also explains the total score of the 4 out of 5 stars. Time was too short for El Jem and Kairuan, as there are very long car distances between the stops of the tour. The desert camp was outstanding in terms of cleanliness, friendliness, comfort, location, food and entertainment - an unforgettable experience. Our group (12 people) consisted of 6 nations and the tour was conducted in trilingual by our guide Shiraz. Thank you for that. Overall a great experience that became the highlight of our holiday, with good value for money.

The afternoon and night in the desert were fabulous. The camp is very clean and the facilities are very well-maintained. Sunrise in the salt lake and the oasis were also something amazing. However, the visit to El Jem was disappointing because the driver is not a guide, so there were no detailed explanations. In Matmata we had lunch in the Star Wars hotel but never visited a troglodyte house (the driver said we would but it never happened). And on the second day we arrived too late in Kairouan, so we just stopped for a quick photo of the mosque and around 15 minutes for the medina. The second day is mostly driving for hours. The driver was Mahmoud. He was sometimes friendly and sometimes unpleasant. He was driving way too fast to arrive on time for sunrise and then suddenly braking powerfully. By the time he left me (I was the last one), he was so exhausted that I thought he wasn't going to fall asleep. The tour should have two drivers or be better planned. A proper guide would also be helpful. The travel agency informed me of the cancellation of my tour less than 24 hours in advance and offered to go one day later. I confirmed immediately but it took them several hours to confirm from their side. They shouldn't think everyone is a tourist with full availability. Furthermore, I had to make them notice that the rescheduled tour was cheaper and then they unwillingly offered a complimentary camel ride. Finally, I was asked by four different people to provide my pick-up address (I was not staying in a hotel). Should you book this tour? Well, the desert part is absolutely a must and this is an easy way to get there. But expect long hours in the van and no explanations.
