1.00We had a really frustrating experience with this scuba company in Oman. At the end of January, they took photos of my wife during our dive and clearly promised we would receive them afterward. Since then, it’s been constant “we’ll send them tomorrow” messages, but it never actually happens. We’ve followed up multiple times, and every time there’s another excuse or delay, but still no photos. At this point, it just feels dishonest. These were photos from a special experience, and it’s incredibly disappointing to be treated like this. Poor communication, broken promises, and no accountability. Would not recommend.

5.00Global Scuba is an amazing Tourism company. Shout out to Fuad Mohamed who made me and my friends take a trip to the the beautiful damaniyat island. Fuad's customer care was exceptional and so was the trip. Looking forward for a snorkeling trip next time
