The Pyramids Of Giza
Your tour guide will pick you up from your hotel to visit the Great Pyramids, following this trip by Luna Travel Egypt: Visit the Valley Temple, where the priests had mummified King Chephren's corpse, Cheops and Chephren Mykerinos
Great Sphinx
At the base of the Pyramids stands the enormous Giza Sphinx, which has a lion's body and the head of a pharaoh from the reign of Chephren. It was discovered in 1912 and is located at the Great Sphinx of Giza. You will be taken back to your hotel after the tour has finished.

5.00We had an absolutely fantastic day trip to the pyramids and the GEM! Everything was perfectly organized and just unforgettable. Seeing the pyramids live was breathtaking and the Grand Egyptian Museum incredibly impressive. Our guide spoke excellent German and explained everything so excitingly, understandably and with a lot of knowledge. You really felt his enthusiasm for the story. He answered all our questions and made the tour very special. An all-round great tour – highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

5.00Visiting the Pyramids was an unforgettable experience and truly a once-in-a-lifetime moment. Seeing these ancient wonders up close was absolutely breathtaking and beyond anything we imagined. What made the visit even more special was our tour guide, Mahmoud. He was amazing—extremely professional, knowledgeable, and passionate about Egyptian history. He explained everything clearly, answered all our questions, and made sure we felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout the tour. Mahmoud’s professionalism and friendly attitude truly elevated the entire experience. I highly recommend this tour, especially with Mahmoud as your guide.

5.00We were there for three days, ending our journey in Cairo after visiting Turkey. We broke this tour up over two days - 7-12 to avoid the afternoon heat. Communicating with Luna was very easy via Whatsapp, especially since we had to customize our trip. The price was reasonable for an A/C car with a driver and and an Egyptologist/tour guide. Of course, our tour guide Othman, was very kind, patient and knowledgeable about the history and knows his spots and how to get us to experience the Pyramids so we have a great time. He even guided us on who to tip and how much so we didn’t feel hassled or lost. He would fill dead travel time with knowledge of Arabic so our teens could learn a new language and shared details about mummies we missed on our trip. I would highly recommend Othman as your tour guide, especially if traveling with family. You can ask for his service by name when booking with Luna.

5.00We booked two tours with Luna Travel, one a day tour to the Giza pyramids and one day tour of Cairo (Coptic Virtel, several mosques, bazaar). They offer a great service and are very helpful. You feel very well taken care of!
